Holiday rentals with a patio in Samborondón

Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado y aunque tardó en resolverse, se resolvió. El departamento está en excelente estado y es muy cómodo y conveniente.

This is the safest/best neighborhood in the city. Lot of great restaurants, touristy things to do near by. José was a great host

This is our second time staying at Christian's property. Had an amazing experience once again! We were a group of 12. The accommodations are excellent! It was great to have laundry facilities and kitchens on each floor. After a busy day, it was nice to come home to a controlled access, quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to our next stay!

Excelente, regresaré definitivamente, estuvimos muy cómodos, y mis hijos que son jóvenes y exigentes, se sintieron como en casa,y sobre todo les encantó que tengan dos baños con ducha!,mi esposo quería quedarse más tiempo...(racismo en él), Deysy super nice, lo recomiendo definitivamente!!!😍😍

Excellent location, safe place to stay !

I highly recommend this beautiful two story house in Guayaquil. It’s in a safe neighborhood with a gated entrance which was important for the Americans in our family. The house is very pretty on the outside and spacious and clean on the inside. We were a group of eleven people so it was nice having five full bathrooms and a half bath to share alongside the four large bedrooms. The house had plenty of toiletries and towels available for us to use. There was also ample parking for our large sprinter van. Most importantly, the host was highly attentive and always available to respond to questions and concerns. We selected this Airbnb after the displeasing experience we had at the Hilton Colón hotel nearby. This Airbnb is much cleaner, more convenient, and has better water pressure in the shower than the hotel. This was the true luxury experience our American relatives were looking for. Thank you again to the host for this wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back soon.

Una experiencia realmente inolvidable. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto. La dueña estuvo siempre atenta, asegurándose de que nuestra estancia fuera lo mejor posible; su amabilidad y dedicación son dignas de admirar. El lugar en sí es maravilloso, con una ubicación inmejorable que facilita disfrutar de todo lo que hay alrededor. Excelente para ir en familia. Cada detalle estuvo cuidado al máximo, lo que hizo que no tuviéramos ningún inconveniente durante nuestra visita. Sin duda, lo mejor de todo. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo dos veces!

Gracias Tana, excelente host, el lugar es muy bonito y amplio. queda cerca del estadio Monumental de Barcelona SC. el lugar es muy tranquilo y con mucha naturaleza al rededor. si regreso a Guayaquil me gustaría volver a este mismo lugar.

Juan的房子非常棒，可以说是完美。 地理位置优越，楼下有餐厅和便利店🍴，我可以在楼下买早餐和生活用品。附近很安全，楼下的保安也非常友好负责。 Juan房子干净整洁，有个女孩Diana每周会来打扫两次卫生，真的太棒了，为我节省了很多时间。露台很大，晚上的落日🌄非常美丽，楼下有公共的免费泳池🏊‍♂️和健身房🏋️，我太喜欢这个房子了，住在这里是一种享受！ Juan是个非常热心真诚的房东，回复消息非常快，而且积极主动地去解决问题，我在瓜亚基尔的几个月一直在续约Juan的房子。以后我来瓜亚基尔，希望能再次租到这个房子❤️

Loved the place! Maria is a great host - very response and helpful. I arrived late and was lost and Maria answered promptly and guided me to the apartment. The apartment is very unique with a pool right outside the main bedroom. Would recommend it to anyone traveling to Guayaquil!
