Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sambuceto

Ottima esperienza. Host gentile e chiaro nella comunicazione. Appartamento tenuto con cura, molto pratico e piacevole da abitare. Luogo perfetto alle mie necessità (vicinissimo all'Università e ad un pratico supermarket; lungomare piuttosto vicino). Consiglio sicuramente e ringrazio per l'osptalità che mi ha fatta stare bene.

Ho avuto una splendida esperienza con Mirco, gentile e sempre pronto ad esaudire le mie richieste. Ha dovuto attendere il mio arrivo, più volte rimandato per alcuni miei imprevisti. Alimenti per la colazione, abbondanti e per tutti i gusti. Temperatura all'interno della struttura molto gradevole, nonostante all'esterno ci fossero 0°. Bagno perfetto e letto comodo. Esperienza da rinnovare in caso di necessità

Carlo è molto amichevole. Sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ci ha prestato le bici che ci ha permesso di vedere di piu della citta perché eravamo a piedi. Ci ha anche accompagnati all'aeroporto!

Casa in una zona molto tranquilla ed in mezzo al verde. Ottima se vuoi rilassarti e a 20 minuti di macchina puoi divertirti andando a Pescara

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders hat uns gefreut, dass wir schon eher einchecken konnten und so den ersten Tag direkt genießen konnten. Es gab eine Kleinigkeit zum Frühstück sowie Kaffee auf dem Küchentisch. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut in einem schönen Wohnviertel man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Strand und in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Matteo war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Claudio sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit Blick auf die Berge. Mit dem Auto sind viele Supermärkte und Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist ebenfalls gut zu erreichen und direkt am Haus.

Wir waren lediglich auf der Durchreise. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Kommunikation war super und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Il B&B di Paolo si trova a Spoltore , un paesino molto bello , arrivati in alto al paese c’è una vista incredibile sul Gran Sasso e sul mare. Il B&B è conforme alla descrizione , molto accogliente , essendo un seminterrato non è molto luminoso ma per un soggiorno breve come il mio va benissimo. Paolo e suo papà sono molto gentili e disponibili. Che dire ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Appartamento molto grazioso, ha superato le aspettative. Dotato di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, situato in una zona bellissima e molto tranquilla. Parcheggio comodo all'esterno del cortile. L'host è stata gentilissima, non limitandosi alle normali attività preposte ma accogliendoci con diversi piccoli gesti davvero graditi. Esperienza eccellente!

Ho alloggiato presso un appartamento pulito e accessibile, dotato di tutte le comodità. Claudio è stato sempre disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

What a great place to stay, Zita and Hugh where wonderful hosts. We were met and shown the place along with some history. We've been to this area about 9 time since 2011 and travelled to Capestrano many times but this was the first time we stayed in Capestrano. We use to only go to one restaurant in the town but now staying here we ended up going to four, all good. The location is really good for day trips to Sulmona, Popoli, Navelli, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio and if you get the chance Campo Imperatore for arrosticini. We were 2 couples and we loved the place, the amenities made the place feel like home, the kitchen fully equipped, the washing machine and large common area for eating and relaxing. We had other friends in the area who came over for a drink and they all loved it as well. Thanks Zita and Hugh for providing a wonderful place.

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Enea è stato perfetto: la casa si trova in una traversa della via principale del centro storico, quindi a piedi è possibile raggiungere tutti i servizi e godersi davvero il paese. Il parcheggio pubblico e gratuito è ad appena 5 minuti a piedi. L'alloggio era pulitissimo, la cucina fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari, così come il bagno. In ogni stanza si respira l'amore per questo luogo. Enea è stato sempre disponibile telefonicamente per indicazioni e ci ha fatto addirittura trovare dei dolci al nostro arrivo. Se ci sarà una prossima volta a Guardiagrele, sicuramente torneremo qui.

Appartamento pulito, confortevole e arredato in maniera funzionale con una terrazza molto spaziosa. A due passi dal mare. Carmen è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile nel supportarci. Consigliatissimo!

L'appartamento è accogliente, ordinato e pulitissimo, fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Situato in zona strategica, affaccia sulla villa comunale, a due passi dal Corso e con fermate degli autobus (urbani ed extraurbani) praticamente sotto casa. Serena è molto gentile, precisa nelle indicazioni, risponde velocemente ai messaggi. Una bella, comoda soluzione per chi desidera conoscere, o rivedere, Sulmona e dintorni

Excellently place to stay in Sulmona! Graziano was a wonderful host. Walkable to so much. We felt perfectly safe. The area was fairly quiet. Everything we needed was there, great restaurants & local groceries. We will most certainly be back.

Wat een fantastische ervaring! Dianne is een super gezellige en ontzettend vriendelijke vrouw die je je meteen thuis laat voelen. Haar huisje is echt een pareltje – knus, sfeervol en gelegen op een top locatie. Je voelt meteen de liefde in huis, niet alleen van Dianne zelf, maar ook van haar drie geweldige honden. Samen hebben ze 11 pootjes, wat het huis nog specialer en hartverwarmender maakt. Een unieke en liefdevolle plek waar je gegarandeerd met een glimlach vertrekt. Aanrader!

We stayed with Paola for two weeks, using her B&B as a base from which to explore Abruzzo. Paola speaks little English. My wife and I speak less Italian. Translation apps on our phones worked well and communication was not a problem. Paola provided useful and accurate recommendations on places to eat. The B&B was exceptionally clean, the breakfasts were delicious and the views from our room and Paola’s gardens are spectacular. We used the fireplace twice. Both times it was cleaned and replenished with logs and kindling the very next morning. The B&B has been modernized in a way that does not to detract from the building’s character. For example, our room had thermostatically controlled radiant heat concealed behind ancient appearing walls. The plumbing is elegant and very modern. The lighting is a bit sparse. The B&B’s location is in an old hamlet of narrow streets that lies five miles up a narrow windy mountain road. if you love that sort of thing, as we do, it’s perfect.

Francesca und Francesco sind sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die es schaffen, dass sich ihre Gäste von Anfang an wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer war schön, und die Architektur der Unterkunft hat uns beeindruckt. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war bemerkenswert, und die guten Reisetipps, die Sie uns gegeben haben, waren sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war köstlich so hat jeder Tag perfekt begonnen. Die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können ihre Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Mariagrazia ci ha accolto con calore e libertà nel suo regno in compagnia degli splendidi amici Zoe Pippo e Albert/Elvis. Il vento e la pace ci hanno conquistato, sicuramente torneremo con Gilda!

We so enjoyed our stay with Giulia and her family. They were wonderful hosts that made us feel right at home. Slept great in a comfortable bed. The best meal we had in Italy was a simple late "lunch" that Giulia made of homemade pasta, meats, cheeses, veggies, and sweet bread with delicious wine. Guilia provided great ideas of things to do in the area and her place felt like we were "locals" for the 3 nights we stayed. A fun standout, my husband loves gelato. Guilia recommended a place in a town near by. Not only was the drive absolutely beautiful (we took back roads) the gelato was delicious. I can't wait to go back and stay again. Highly recommend, only wish we could have stayed longer.

It’s safe to say, you will never stay at a better Airbnb than this - nor any hotel! Tamara, the view, the breakfasts, our private dinner (arranged on request), the pool (too cold for most people but not for British people), the animals, the wine, I don’t know where to start! If you’re thinking about staying here, or staying in the area, you cannot do better than this lovely place. We are both already thinking about how we can come back. Highly, highly recommended. Siamo stati due notti in questa casettina molto curata e graziosa. Milena è stata molto accogliente e ci ha coccolati con mille attenzioni: dalla pizza appena arrivati ai biscottini freschi per la colazione. Avendo un piccolino di pochi mesi con noi, ci ha fatto trovare in casa anche l’occorrente base per poter cucinare le pappe. La posizione è perfetta per muoversi a piedi nel centro storico ed è anche possibile parcheggiare con facilità non troppo lontano. Esperienza molto positiva e ideale per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo.

Amazing views and genuine hosts! Introdacqua is a treasure, highly recommend this place
