This 25 m2 studio is located in the town of Saint Étienne d'Orthe, less than 1000 inhabitants, close to all amenities and quiet. However, apart from the common main driveway, this studio has a private parking space and enjoys total independence: private access, private garden and terrace as well, not overlooked.
