Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Şamlar

First, the host Efkan was terrific. Waiting for us at the front door, he carried our two suitcases up to the 5th floor apartment, saving two old travellers from the struggle of doing it ourselves! Efkan responded to all our texts almost immediately, and was a great host The flat is well equiped (although no oven),and has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Bosphorous, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. A joy. It is very central (beside the Galata Tower), so good for seeing all the important attractions, either on foot, public transport or taxi. Being in the center of town means there are street noises at night, like car horns, or people on a night out...nothing unusual, but part of city life.

A great base for visiting the sights in Istanbul, well located near bars and restaurants and transport. The photos do not reflect the size of the rooms, which are very spacious and well equiped. We would definitely return. Only concern was loud music on Friday night that could be heard in the front bedroom. Just take some ear plugs as a precaution.

Our stay at Menti’s stunning apartment in the heart of Istanbul was pure magic! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully styled with a mix of modern and Turkish charm, and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. Menti was an absolute gem, welcoming us with warm hospitality, helping to organize transport to/from the airport and sharing insider tips on the best local spots. Waking up to the sounds of the city and sipping Turkish tea or raki on the terrace while watching the sunset was pure bliss. This place is a must-stay for anyone visiting Istanbul, and we're already planning our return. Can't recommend this Istanbul treasure enough to anyone exploring this vibrant city! This was one of the best places I've stayed! The flat was impeccably clean, well furnished, had a very complete kitchen and the location was great. There are plenty of linens and the washer/dryer is very useful. Mehmet was really responsive and reached out proactively to check on us. His recommendations for shopping and eating were spot-on. While there is some street noise audible in the living room, the bedroom is quiet. The apartment is right in the middle of Kadiköy's entertainment area, and thus very close to the ferry and bus terminals, the airport Metro as well as the more upscale Moda district. Kadiköy is a must-see part of Istanbul with far fewer tourists than on the European side of the Bosporus and this flat is a perfect homebase to explore the district and the whole city from.

Sena was an excellent host! He was proactive, a great communicator, and went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed. The location is very good - out of the touristy areas but easy access to local restaurants where we could eat an authentic meal for a reasonable price surrounded by locals. The apartment had everything we needed, including a GREAT drying rack, which was fantastic for our load of laundry. Everything was clean and in good working order. Thanks for the great stay!

Harika bir ev ve adanın en güzel konumlarından birinde ağırlandık. Penceredeki muhteşem manzaraya her gün uyanmak ayrıca keyifliydi. Evimiz müze gibi oldukça temiz ve ihtiyacımız olacak her şey içeride mevcuttu. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık ve herkese tavsiye ederim. We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

Nice apartment with an amazing view. You only need to bring your clothes and food to eat; everything else is available, including clothes washing. Plus, if you have a car with you, then this place fits you very well! Area of apartment is quite enough for us as family (2 adults 3 kids) . We had an a/c issue but Can (the host) was very helpful and provide electric fan as replacement till the a/c was fixed. Thanks Can for this nice place and friendly environment that you provide

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

التجربه جميله كنا ثلاث شباب وكانت مميزه لنا لوجود ثلاث غرف وايضا ثلاث حمامات وكانت فرصه مميزه اننا نحصل شقه مع ميزه انه كل واحد عنده غرفته وحمامه الخاص . قريبه جدا من محطه المترو وايضا من العباره. اللي ببحث عن الصخب هذا الموقع مايصلحله ، من يبحث عن الهدوء مناسبه جدا

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful, peaceful area. Hamed was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!
