Monthly Rentals in Samoa

We stayed 4 nights at the Vaiala Beach Cottages. We needed to work so internet was our number 1 priority. We were amazed how fast internet was. We only needed to get it started and Leolasi was fantastic at getting it sorted within 30 minutes. We loved the place, it had everything we needed and was well placed for us, with an easy car ride to town. For those who don't know, Apia doesn't have a real beach, it's all rocks into the sea and not much snorkeling, but there's a quick and easy access from the cottage and next time, we will try the kayak to paddle to the small island close by!

Tilly’s Place was homey, gorgeous, open and peaceful. From check in to check out, Gabrielle was communicative, her instructions clear and easy to follow. Everything you could possibly need was readily available. The house was neat and tidy and suitable for the 3 of us. It was nice & cool outside (plenty of fresh air!) & the glorious hot water was a godsend 😍 My parents, who aren’t easily impressed, had no faults about Tilly’s Place. Our 5 nights spent here were amazing and we will definitely be back again!

The tiny house is a beautiful getaway just outside of Apia. It has everything you need to cook for yourself but is also only a short drive out of town if you want to eat out. The location is stunning and is the most peaceful spot I stayed in Samoa. Wendy was lovely and looked after me if I needed anything. Limited reception and internet in the tiny house but you can get it around the property and at the art centre. Would definitely stay here again.

We were originally booked into the palm studio but arriving late at night and experiencing no sleep due to the upstairs occupants moving around all night long (the ceiling/floor is paper thin) Holiday homes relocated and upgraded us for free to another of their locations (in Lelata) They were super professional and responsive in the matter and went out of their way to accomodate us. Including picking up our bags and taking them to the new location, Ruta one of the house maids went as far as picking us up from town and bringing us back and taking care of us. I wouldn’t recommend the palm studio if you’re looking for a restful spot(unless you took earplugs then it would likely be fine) it’s about a $12 tala taxi ride into Apia The Lelata accommodation was amazing big house a supermarket right out the front, where it’s easy to catch a taxi too. Would highly recommend the area and dealing with Holiday Homes in general Thanks ☺️ will book again if we return
