The chalet is about 4km from the lifts which lead to Samoëns 1600, beginning of the slopes.

It has a covered terrace, facing south offering a panoramic view on the valley, a private parking for 5 vehicles and a ski-room with a boot warmer. It is 4 minutes from the center of Samoëns and a 5-minute drive away from the nearest ski lift. During school holidays renting only from Saturday to Saturday.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a family cottage 600 m from the center of Samoëns, very easy walking access, very quiet.
