The pool is large and the neighborhood is very quiet.This is a quiet area, a few friends come to play together, the house is very well renovated and very comfortable to stay, the host is also very good, 24 hours to reply to the message.

The house is really a great place to stay!🌟 It's spacious, really clean, comfortable and feels new. The swimming pool was also very clean with inflatables provided 💯 All the essentials are provided and everything worked well. The host is very responsive and helpful too. The live in nanny at the back is also a huge plus as she keeps the place clean everyday but she doesn't disturb your privacy. 5 stars!

Arpa is very nice, flexible and accommodating! We are a family of eight including one elderly and 3 children. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Elderly can stay at the ground floor without having to climb the stairs and there is also toilet/bathroom (with bathtub), kitchen and common area on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are on second floor. The one with bunk bed has ensuite toilet/bathroom and the other bedroom is adjacent to toilet/bathroom. The place is clean and spacious! Walkable distance to BTS (about 10 mins). Place is also near eateries and massage parlour. My whole family love the place!

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. The kitchen is equipped with high-end kitchenware, so we can enjoy cooking at home; the floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom are beautiful, the feeling of being naturally awakened in the early morning is too cured; the sanitary condition is also impeccable, the bed is soft and fresh, and the bathroom towels are fluffy and clean like a five-star hotel. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, sent a detailed check-in guide in advance, and recommended the surrounding niche spots and authentic restaurants, the location was ideal, and it was both quiet and not far from downtown. If suggestions were to be made... presumably "stay to not want to go"!Already agreed with friends to come back next year, thank you hosts for making such great memories for us!✨

The villa is a beautiful place to use as a base to explore Bangkok. Easy to travel in and out, convenient and calm location. The swimming pool is refreshing, and it being adjacent to the living room is a great plus for families. More accessories in the kitchen would make it even more easy to live for families, but the numerous food options around the villa make up for it.

I had a wonderful stay at this house! The location was perfect — tucked away in a nice, quiet area but still very close to some of the major shopping malls and tourist attractions. It offered the best of both worlds: peace and convenience. It’s a great home for families or groups — the spacious and comfortable living room makes it easy to relax and connect, and the pool is a fantastic bonus that added so much to our stay. The host was excellent — friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. A special mention to the house lady as well — she was warm, welcoming, made us feel right at home, and was always on top of her chores, keeping everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. I’d love to stay here again!

Amazing location. Went to Babyccino almost everyday for coffee in the morning just a 3 min walk. Pool was great, ac in every room. There was mosquitos by the pool but nothing we could do about that. Would stay here again 100%

Artsy Authentic Experience Near Silom Road Great location, felt very local. Really close to Silom, shops, food and transport. Unique home with very nice decor. We enjoyed the plunge pool. Very responsive hosts. Attended to any small issues.
