Brand new holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen. Small living room with TV and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The apartment is part of our farm, which is located in the cozy village of Pillemark in the middle of the island. Although we live in the middle of a city, the yard overlooks fields that belong to the yard. We don't have any animals on the farm except cats and rabbits. The rental is a newly built vacation apartment (2023) of 55 sqm. Towels, linens are included and it is possible to purchase charging of electric car.

Nice little apartment of about 50 m2. It is located at one end of the living house, which is an older 4-story half-timbered farm. 1 bedroom with a large double bed. Small living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Small kitchen with dining area for 4 if you move the table a little away from the wall :-) The garden consists of a terrace with a gas grill. Large lawn. In summer, there are garden tables both in the garden and in the enclosed courtyard. Kitchen contains regular oven with gas burner, coffee machine, electric kettle. Private bathroom.

Bagefter venter en tur i infrarød sauna, og måske morgenkaffe på terrassen, hvor jeres bil holder direkte foran. I har fri adgang til to paddleboards og to cykler, så I kan komme på vandet eller ud i naturen omkring, hvis turen ikke går på sightseeing måske til Aarhus? Hjemme igen, har getaway wifi og tv med indbygget chromecast.

Lejligheden er lys og luftig, ligger på 1.sal med egen indgang og med adgang til hyggelig “gårdhave” med havemøbler, parasol og gasgrill Minimums alder for børn er 10 år. Vi bor i stuen og man må forvente alm “støj” fra os, men vi er generelt stille og rolige. PRISEN ER INKL SENGELINNED, HÅNDKLÆDER, VISKESTYKKER, KARKLUDE, KAFFE, THE, FORBRUG OG RENGØRING. Rygning i lejligheden er ikke tilladt og kæledyr er desværre ikke velkommen. Man kan oplade sin elbil ca 150m fra lejligheden.

Det er en stor lys lejlighed, tæt på indkøb og Samsøs byliv i tranebjerg. Samtidig med at du er omringet af natur. Der er en dejlig stor have. Den passer perfekt til 2-5 personer med eller uden børn.
