The property is located on the hill of the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the viewing tower. The view reaches the sea and fjords. You can walk along the field road to a lovely secluded beach in 8 minutes.

You will be staying in the middle of nature with a direct view of Busdalen, which was formed during the last ice age. With fields, horses and cows as the closest neighbors. The only way up here is the 1.3 km gravel road that goes through the courtyard of our neighbor and up to our cottage and the neighbors in the two cottages at the end of the road. It is 2.5 km to shopping and the beach at Mårup harbor.

There are swimming opportunities from the swimming bridge and opportunities for coastal fishing, tennis, golf and to visit wine farmers.

Lejligheden består af soveværelse, egen stue og badeværelse, samt en fantastisk udestue. Gården er nyistandsat, dog hvor den oprindelige gårdfornemmelse er bevaret. Gården ligger i udkanten af Ballen, 10 minutters gang fra butikker, restauranter mv., men ligger alligevel fuldstændig uforstyrret for andre naboer.
