I’m a software developer, so having two dual monitors is essential for my remote work setup — and this place totally delivered! The apartment is amazing, especially with access to the PlayStation 4. As a huge fan of GTA and Cyberpunk, that was a perfect bonus. The space is fully equipped with everything you need, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, tons of books, and board games for downtime. My girlfriend absolutely loved the cozy decor, and we enjoyed the nice view of the pool. Highly recommend for both work and relaxation!

I loved my stay at JJ’s place. At check-in, I had someone meet me in the building. Instructions on how to get there and check- in process, and accommodation information was promptly sent to me 2 days prior. The apartment was clean and spacious. Loved the view from the bedroom! I was provided with snacks and water which was a lovely touch. Building was quiet at night which was essential for me. The location was ideal. Just a couple of minutes walk away from Ekkamai Shopping Centre where there’s also a supermarket for your basics, some coffee places and restaurants for you to choose from, and has a direct link to the sky train so getting to anywhere is super easy. We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was perfect for us, and we really liked the neighborhood for its friendly and local vibe — and the great food options from the nearby shops and stalls. The BTS is a two minute walk from the apartment and it's very easy to get into the center of the city, but we were always happy to come back to the relative calm of Wutthakat each day. Maynus was the perfect host — very welcoming, communicative, and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again. We miss it already!

I had a wonderful stay at this place at Sukhumvit 77 area. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Being on a high floor, the view from the bedroom at night was absolutely stunning—Bangkok’s skyline lit up beautifully and created a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The location is very convenient with easy access to restaurants, local shops, and public transport. The building itself felt safe and well-maintained, with great amenities and friendly staff. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the small thoughtful touches in the apartment, which made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for a great hospitality!

Apartment was better than in pictures. Very clean and comfortable. View from floor 19 is amazing. Close to local market and big shopping center. To BTS is 1 minute. Owner Chanwis helped me with everything I need. I am very happy with stay here and recommend this apartment to everyone who goes to Bangkok!

We had an amazing 3 week stay at Manida's. It was more like a home than an AirBnB. Everything was so well thought out and comfortable it was easy to settle in and hard to leave! In our many trips to Bangkok we were unfamiliar with the On Nut area but immediately fell in love with it. Incredible food options were right out the door and by the time we left we had vendors we had to say goodbye to because we had become a regular staple in their daily rotation of customers. You really couldn't ask for a more centralized building for all of your shopping needs, short or long term. The BTS is right there for easy access to the rest of the city which made exploring a breeze and is still the best way to get around if you aren't using a scooter. From start to finish communication was easy and Manida and Berry made sure we had everything we needed to check in and out smoothly. It was an amazing Bangkok trip and a huge part of that was calling Manida's apartment home for a few weeks.

Loved our stay here. The apartment was cozy and perfect for our time in Bangkok. Easy to get to and close to a BTS station (metro/subway). Lots of great services (massage, nails, groceries, etc), cafes and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend 🤩

I had the pleasure of staying in this condo for 3 months and loved every moment of it. First- the hosts are the best team of hosts I’ve ever had on here. Always kind, responsive and helpful. Second- the condo is beautiful, looks just like the photos, was spotlessly clean, had every amenity you could think of needing (air fryer, hair dryer, etc.), and fantastic WiFi (500+ MBPS fiber) which made working remotely very easy. They even provide local snacks 🤤 I was here during the earthquake and the hosts communicated important information and the condo was safe and withstood the impact. The only negative I had here (this is beyond the hosts control) was being right by the pool often led to loud kids and guests every day between 4-7 PM. This made my pre work nap (I work US hours overnight) somewhat challenging. I recommend being ear plugs. That being said I will stay in this unit every time I visit Bangkok. A fantastic experience. Thank you to the hosts 🙏🏼

The place is good large and close to Shopping mall around the restaurant and private. The room is clean. Host is quickly responding and kindness. I will be come back again.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in BKK. Lovely and cozy home with everything you need. Clean and tastefully decorated too. Check-in/out was easy and P was very responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I definitely choose here again :)

A spacious one-bedroom apartment in the heart of W District, on a high floor facing north, away from the noise of Sukhumvit Road, rather quiet for Bangkok with a nice view of the area. W District has a 7-11, two cafes, two barbers, and dozens of restaurants, including the W Market outdoor food plaza (open until about 11pm/midnight) and Shakariki432 open 24 hours serving Japanese yakiniku, izakaya, sushi, ramen, and Thai mookrata. And there's another great cafe (Milk and Honey) across the Sukhumvit Road, and the BTS station, post office, multiple other shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within a five-minute walk. The host offered an economical airport pickup option and met me at the condo. There was a problem with the air conditioning on the first night, but they had it fixed the very next day. They were always available to assist with all my requests and very friendly. Note: In May 2025, the pool and gym were closed to repair damage from the March earthquake.

Stayed again at Peter’s place and it was just as great as the first time! Peter is an excellent host — quick to reply, friendly, and gives clear instructions. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. I loved the view, the sauna, and the pool. The air conditioning kept the space very comfortable. Refilling large water bottles downstairs was super convenient, and having a 7-Eleven nearby made quick shopping easy. The Skytrain station is just a 1 km walk away, which made getting around the city very easy. Highly recommended — would definitely stay again!

The apartment was exactly like the photos. The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the view was beautiful.

Very nice flat at mid height of the tower. Beautiful view of the river. Everything in the flat worked well and there were even plenty of water bottles in the fridge. The sun in the afternoon got hot but the AC could cope. The Sky Train was at some 100 m and the same distance to the boats on the river. The shuttle boat to Iconsiam with all its restaurants was very convenient, I often lunched there. Impressive pool on the roof, usually empty. The car service from the airport was a nice extra, especially as ticket automats in Bangkok usually don´t accept cards. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Very nice pool, good gym, and common space. Good view from balcony. Sun side, but conditioners work well. Interior cozy, especially carpets. Big convenient parking. 7-11 and coffee machines on first floor

This is the perfect location. You are feet away from a Mall (all your needs) full of restaurants, grocery store and shops. BTS that connects to the Mall. 711 is 1 bkock away, Ekkamai bus station about a 8min walk. For those weekends trips to Pattaya (~$5 USD). This listing has 2 pools both with amazing views. The rooftop pool is under minor construction due the aftershocks of the earthquake. Pan was a blessing, extremely friendly and helpful with great communication. I will definitely recommend this stay.
