Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage. Nahe BTS und MRT Stationen und man kommt in der Stadt damit überall schnell hin. Zum Shopping Terminal 21 ca. 5 min zu laufen. Der Pool ist sauber, aber ohne Bar oder irgendwas und man eine gute Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für vier Personen und man trotzdem noch genügend Platz. Es ist alles da, allerdings gibt es so viele Restaurants und Nightlife in der Gegend, da kocht sowieso niemand. Vor der Tür ist ein schönes ruhiges Café mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Dio Soi 12 Cafe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

Tres bonne accueil, très bon séjours

The property is located just a few steps away from the station, and we had all our needs such as groceries, mini markets around the place. They also provide unlimited drinking water for the guests which was very helpful for us. The property owner is very responsive, which made us feel comfortable when we asked anything related to the accommodation. They also have a light cleaning service including taking out the trash, making the bed, and cleaning the floor, which was very helpful as we were traveling with 7 people including a baby, as well as provided us with baby toys and built a small tent inside the house for playing. The property itself was equipped with all the amenities we needed including bathrobes, iron, clothesline, washing machine, and dryer. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Bangkok in the future!

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

The host, Narudorn is really helpful when we request some things and they reply fast. The house is really lovely, we had so much fun times staying there. The check in and check out process were also very smooth and manageable. We did not feel stressful at all living here. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

This Airbnb is an amazing space designed by the host Chureerut. It is designed like a traditional Thai house we all stayed in the house and is incredibly stocked :) the host and her family we very kind and they treated us to mangoes 🥭 I was very excited to see the birds and the mangoes in the garden. Very easy to checkin and all facilities are there. Additionally malls and everything is close by and walkable.

We had fun with our stay, our accommodation was near restaurants, mall and train station so its very convenient for a first timer in Bangkok. They also provide free shuttle service. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We look forward going back to Bangkok with this same accommodation.

Everything about this stay was seamless - from check-in to check-out. The location, amenities, and overall service were outstanding. This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

Es hat alles prima geklappt. Sehr gute Beschreibung um vom Zug, Haltestelle, AOK, in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung könnte etwas suchen und Überarbeitung vertragen, alles in allem aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche könnte ein wenig sortierter sein. Der Pool ist richtig gut, gerade nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt. WLAN funktioniert und die Waschmaschine erfüllt ihren Dienst. Der Gastgeber ist schnell zu erreichen und behebt kleinere Mängel sofort. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, sie ist ruhig, gut gelegen und für zwei Leute ausreichend groß , jederzeit gerne wieder.

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.

The self-check-in was very convenient, allowing me to access the unit easily no matter what time I arrived. The location is great, with plenty of dining options nearby—though the music from the street can be loud. However, that’s hard to avoid given the area’s lively bar and nightlife scene. The elevators were impressively fast, though only three out of five were operational during my stay. The shower water pressure was a bit weak but manageable. The balcony is enclosed (not open for stepping outside), but it’s handy for drying clothes. For the price, this apartment is a solid five-star choice—comfortable, well-located, and practical for a city stay.
