Beautiful apartment in Altos de San Alfonso Condominium (opposite San Alfonso). It is 100% furnished, central heating, beds for 8 people, beautiful panoramic ocean view, very spacious, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite), terrace and 2 parking lots. A condominium steps away from the beach, close to downtown and has 3 swimming pools, large green areas, barbecue areas (you can't barbecue in the apartment), tennis courts, a multi-court and game rooms with table soccer and ping pong.

Cozy apartment on the 7th floor (has a safety mesh for children on the terrace) consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 underground parking lots which makes it ideal for going with family or groups of friends. Very bright and well ventilated has beautiful views of the sea, the navigable pool and the countryside. Fully equipped for 6 adults it has TV Cable in all rooms and WiFi Internet in the building lobby (not on the apartment. Mobile networks work well).

Laguna Bahia Complex, apartment located on the 4th floor. It has cleaning and sanitization protocols against COVID-19. Arrive and occupy. Does not include sheets, towels and toiletries, otherwise fully equipped. It has an elevator and balcony overlooking the lagoon, pool and sea. Excellent place to walk and rest with family and friends. Wheelchair accessible. Pool closed until the start of the 2026 summer season.
