Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.

From the beginning, Carmen was always attentive to answer any questions. She welcomed us to the apartment and was there when we left. The apartment is impeccable. Super equipped, comfortable and very well scented, Gloria's care and dedication is very noticeable. Everything is in perfect condition, it has protection on the balcony and the parking is in the basement so the vehicle is very protected. The place is ideal for a family with children. The private beach has a super safe pool for them and the sand is ideal for them to play after swimming. Older children can enjoy the navigable lagoon with different activities. The place is highly recommended and fulfills everything offered in the listing. We hope to be back sometime. We really appreciate Gloria for all her attention.

This condo had plenty of room for our family of 5, with 3 teenagers. We enjoyed our stay and cooking in the kitchen. Grocery store is right across street. Building staff was helpful and patient with us not speaking Spanish and needing to translate. Beautiful pool and beach area.

Beautiful apartment and it's even much nicer than what you see in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy, it also had everything you need to cook which was essential in our stay, the condo is beautiful and has many activities to do inside, communication with the host was super good and all the instructions were clear so it was super easy for us to check in and check out, the walk down to the beach is about 10 minutes (the walk up is a bit difficult haha) and around the condo there is a small supermarket and small shops to buy things in case you forgot to bring something, in general our stay was super good.

Happy! The place as the host describes it, quiet environment, wonderful view, there was no need to leave the apartment, there are restaurants inside the complex, lots of security. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need, clean and cozy. Yes. We'll be back in doubt!

Ideal for going with a large family and staying in the many activities of the condominium. We don't recommend going out by car because Algarrobo is saturated and the road is full of traffic jams. But the apartment is ideal, overlooking the pool and the sea in the background.

Incredible accommodation! I would come back a thousand times! Very comfortable! The beds are great, everything 10/10, but a blackout in the master bedroom would be great hahaha thank you very much Cesar!!
