Nice well-equipped apartment! Well located to visit the center of Puebla. Everything works well and it's nice to spend time there. The only criticism is that the apartment is on a busy street at rush hour, but the windows insulate the noise well. That said, it's difficult to open the windows to ventilate given the noise, which makes it a little hot.

Very good place to stay in the historic center, the area is very quiet and there are too many restaurants around, it has parking (it is not 24hr, it has opening and closing hours). Eliut is super friendly and although we never met physically, we always kept in touch. My niece forgot a bracelet in the bathroom and Eliut very kindly told me that he doesn't throw anything away, that he keeps everything for when we return for the objects. The apartment is impeccably clean and in a very quiet area to sleep, apart from the very comfortable beds and pillows as well. My mom was in a wheelchair and the elevator access helped us a lot with her mobility inside the building. Maybe the only thing I couldn't find was hand soap in the half bathroom. Outside, everything is excellent.

The apartment is just like in the photos, it has access to all the amenities and it is super central (in the Angelópolis area). They have everything to cook, even some essentials such as oil, salt, etc. The only thing I would say they can improve is that the blinds let in a lot of light, at approximately 6am the sun comes in and it is difficult to sleep, but other than that the service and the rest was perfect.
