Apartment holiday rentals in San Basilio, Rome

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

Logement très bien équipé et conforme aux photos. L’accès est simple par les transports en communs (bus et tramways à 30 m). Cristina a été très sympathique avant et tout au long du séjour.

Paola è stata un'ospite eccezionale. Ci ha aspettato all'orario previsto. Ci ha detto che avremmo potuto parcheggiare all'interno dell'edificio (cosa che non avevo notato), ci ha comprato l'acqua e la pasta con il sugo perché saremmo arrivati tardi e non sapeva se avremmo mangiato. Lo spazio era esattamente come presentato: doccia ampia, grandi stanze, internet funzionante ad alta velocità. Difficilmente si trovato, oggi, vere case. Ormai siamo abituati a show-room di Ikea. Invece questa casa era piena di libri. Nota da apprezzare (probabilmente un lascito di qualche mamma o zia): una collezione di ditali da sarta in ceramica. Consigliatissimo per chi non vuole spendere molto ma avere la tranquillità di girare il centro con qualche fermata di metro.

Apartamento muito bem localizado e anfitrião muito educado e gentil! O único probleminha que encontrei foi um entupimento no banheiro da suíte, que tb é muito pequeno e apertado , um obeso nao caberia dentro do box. A energia tb caiu quando houve a ligação do secador! No mais , o apto é super bem decorado e localizado! Uma cama com lençóis maravilhosos !

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

appartamento pulito e confortevole, condominio riservato e quartiere tranquillo e servito....usando i mezzi pubblici si arriva a Roma centro in un'ora ma per noi l'importante era essere comodi in zona. Abbiamo trascorso giorni sereni e ci siamo sentiti a casa. L'appartamento era completo di tutto ....e direi molto bello e tenuto benissimo. vicini ad un centro commerciale e ristorantini non ci siamo allontanati molto per serate alternative.

Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

Ho soggiornato in questo monolocale per circa un mese e mi sono trovato davvero bene. L'appartamento è ben arredato, completo di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, e si trova in una posizione ottima: a pochi passi dalla stazione, ma in una zona tranquilla e non rumorosa. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, un parco e tutte le attività essenziali. L’host è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e attento. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio, sia per soggiorni brevi che più lunghi

Christiana’s penthouse apartment is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views of the Coloseum and skyline are amazing, particularly the sunsets. Christiana is super communicative throughout. One of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. She kindly provided snacks, coffee and tea, a bottle of prosecco… I highly recommend Christiana’s penthouse.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sauber, schön eingerichtet und genauso wie auf den Fotos. Es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Be sonders praktisch: entlang der Straße gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze, was in Rom echt Gold wert ist. Die Busverbindungen ins Zentrum sind sehr gut – die Haltestelle ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Gastgeber hat uns außerdem tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe gegeben, was uns sehr geholfen hat, uns schnell zurechtzufinden. Klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Anna’s place was amazing; exactly what we needed in a city like Rome - located away from the city centre, directly next to a park with more than enough shops and bus stops around to make this the perfect location! The flat was clean and tidy, the bed sheets and towels were clean - nothing to complain about! 😊 In addition to all of that, Anna was a great host - very responsive and she even sent us recommendations for what to do in the area, places to eat at and see 🫶🏻 Thank you for making our stay in Rome so comfortable!!

Nos quedamos dos noches en el apartamento de Emilio y fue una experiencia excelente. El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, cómodo y con una decoración encantadora. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por Roma, con fácil acceso al transporte público y cerca de varios sitios de interés. Emilio fue un anfitrión muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para responder cualquier duda y darnos recomendaciones locales. Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. The place is in a great location. The market is a hop away and the cafe downstairs makes a very strong Americano. There were some issues out of their control in regard to luggage drop off and communication was spot on. This did however lead to a delay in the turn over and the place was still being cleaned at 4pm. There was a comment about the linens being old and that is definitely true. The towels are old and the comforter was worn. However, the location and price are unbeatable

This was a great apartment. Great patio, nice, clean and spacious. Loved the neighborhood. They were great hosts-allowing us to drop our bags early was a big plus. Gave us a great list of recommendations. Terrific to have a washing machine! Perfect. Thank you for the great stay.

Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace
