Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The house is very nice, super spacious, complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Great for big families. It has central heating which helps a lot to keep the house warm. María José is an excellent androgynous, she was always very attentive to all the details and is very kind. She responds super fast and is very willing to help. The house met all our expectations, it's the second time we've stayed, and we'll definitely be back for a third time if possible, everything is very clean and tidy, the pool is large and the green areas are very well maintained.

The place was just the way it looks in the photos. Sara is very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the water that Sara solved in a good way and always honestly. The stay was very good, we had a great time.

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

The house is as shown in the images...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

The space is perfect for large groups. We were all very well settled in. The kitchen is complete. Everything is new, clean and nicely decorated. It's 2 minutes from the subway. So it's very convenient. Although the center is quite dirty, in general we felt safe and the apartment provides privacy from the dirt of the center, as well as security. The cost benefit is very good. I just don't recommend it for groups who like to come back late at night. Our group was family and we would return by 8 p.m., and it was still light in the summer. But I wouldn't feel good there at night.

Words are not enough, an unforgettable experience, totally recommended, in fact we did not want to leave, and we intend to return at some point. The house is beautiful along with the surroundings, in addition to first-class security in the condominium, you can take Uber perfectly from the house and they arrive at the very door of the plot, which is, obviously, if you come by vehicle it is much more comfortable, since the entrance of the condominium with respect to the plot is a bit far, so you have more freedom of time to get in and out. But I reiterate, if you want peace, relaxation and privacy, this house is the perfect choice.

We had an amazing stay at Alberto and his wife's place! We spent more than two weeks there with my family and were extremely well received. They are wonderful people, always attentive and helpful, making our experience even more special. I highly recommend their residence for those looking for a cozy and comfortable environment. little house with a garden very pleasant on a daily basis, very quiet area and close to shops/metro perfect for spending a few quiet days in Santiago

My wife and I travel from Texas with our son to visit family living in the Santiago area. We were able to have family over to enjoy the pool, BBQ, Family dinners all while having enough space to spread out and enjoy personal conversations. We felt like the property was more like a retreat than an Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed every day. Thanks so much for share your wonderful home with us!

Super good communication with hosts, always available and responds super fast and kindly. The place is big, super quiet, nature is very well listened to, the pool is exquisite and the tinaja too, pity it can only be used 2 times. Since the place is immense it is understandable that the maintenance of the grooming is difficult to perform, but we were lowered by the spiders in the quincho at night, it was quite uncomfortable. Also the faucet is in very bad condition, we had some filtration in the kitchen and honestly I didn't feel like using the shower... Everything else is amazing and especially the willingness of the hosts to help us with every issue we might have. The dogs they have are lovely, super loving and not disturbing anything. trade to supply super close, but must go by car.

Patricio responds quickly and was very kind, he helped us check in a few hours earlier as our flight arrived early. The place is very nice, clean and has a washing machine that made it very easy for us, the kitchen is quite complete. If you walk a few blocks you will find the metro station and the Palacio de la Moneda is quite close.

This was our 1st trip to Chile and we feel so lucky to book this property for so many reasons. We are in love with Chile. Claudia Alejandra and her property are definitely reasons among other. She is a great person, very humble, always ready to help. She is very quick to respond to all our questions with great recommendations everytime which we found very helpful. On the day of our check-in, she greeted us at the gate, served us freshly made lemonade and gave a tour of the house. The property is very beautiful with so many details, characters and has plenty of space to accommodate our group. The front yard has multiple hammocks to enjoy. I am so happy we agreed to let Claudia stay in the basement as she remained a great resource throughout our trip to make it very comfortable, enjoyable. All her shopping recommendations are great i.e. Mozart bakery, Peublito los dominicos just to name few. Her fur babies are adorable. I would book this property again and highly recommend to everyone.

The host is really great! He helped me at all times, with quick and decisive responses. Very nice, no doubt that makes a difference. The house is just like the photos, super clean.
