The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. Maybe if they are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it meets everything. Elevators (2), pool, parking lot, games room, living room, washing machine and gym. 10 points. The view it has makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the crockery is fair for 4 people, I mean if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, you should bring their cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. Fridge, oven, air and everything you need for a good stay has it. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it does. It is great to be a 10’ walk from the center of Pinamar, perhaps to go to the beach walking a little longer. If you are with a car in 5’ you are at the beach and the carport is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the price/quality ratio is very good, with a central and quiet area.

impeccable location!! we were greeted by Ramón and we really want it! super attentive solved everything we asked for and more, when we arrived we had been assigned a depto above and we were with a person who could not climb stairs and were so kind to change us at the time the depto for one down, and provide us with everything we needed , very well equipped the kitchen . we'll definitely be back!

Very nice experience at Sandra and Francisco's place. Communication was fluid from the first moment and fast. The place is also very comfortable. A single detail that could perhaps be improved is the mattress of the bed; the rest is perfect, light, gas and stove facilities working well.

I loved this place in Villa Gessell, was walking distance from the beach in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Great location if your looking for something private as the main street side of town is quite far if you are walking. Great for driving though, you can actually park around town without paying, unlike Buenos Aires.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Javier's place! We couldn't believe how close we were to the ocean -- you can see it from the bed. :) The place was super comfortable and Javier and his spouse were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We did very well in Adriana's apartment and she as a host is extremely cordial. Everything works very well in the apartment. We even had very cold days, and the temperature inside was spectacular. The location is very good, but if you go without a car you should keep in mind that it is several blocks to the beach, with a car you are 1 min. from everything. Adriana was extremely flexible with the schedule, both for check-in and check-out. Definitely a highly recommended option.

We stayed in the middle of April. The location is beyond beautiful. Beach front, you see the sea all day. The apartment has it very well maintained. The windows isolate quite a bit from the outside. The depto is comfortable for 2-3 people. Mattresses are very comfortable. It comes with sheets, towels and towels. Uses, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge and detergent. 2 sun loungers and 1 carpita p/the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. Also to make asado. There are common building grills that are well lit with the necessary elements. Refrigerator with clean freezer and working well. The shower has good pressure and the water comes out with good temperature. Next to the kitchen is a balcony with a sofa and brooch for hanging clothes. The apartment is very well kept. Diana and Rosa were very friendly at all at the time, always responding quickly. It was a very good stay. We really enjoyed the facilities, the sea and walking around Gesell.

Excellent apartment for those who have to stay in an intensive in the uade, 7 minutes from the faculty and literally behind the main avenue, near all the food venues. The host is a genius, always answered me quickly any questions I had. Highly recommended

We had an excellent stay. We take advantage of every space of the complex: the spa, the outdoor pool and the restaurant, everything was very good. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, very good treatment of Sol, Flor and Nacho. We felt very safe. Definitely a place to go back. Highly recommended!

It exceeded our expectations! Everything was top quality, the location was unbeatable, the view was priceless, we spent 4 incredible days. The pool and sauna, on cold days, are great to enjoy, especially with kids. Excellent, Díez!!! everything works!!!

Mar de las Pampas itself is a magical place full of peace; the location of the apartment is perfect and allowed us to enjoy in full, it was ideal to disconnect. Close to go to the center and beach on foot! :)
