Nice place with the basic amenities. Only a few minute walk from the beach. Beach towels included which is nice.

This is the second time I have arrived and always ended up enchanted, I definitely recommend it 100%

We had an excellent time at Casa Caleta. Very comfortable and functional apartment; house with a large garage, where we could enjoy our pet. Misael is very kind and always attentive to our requests. We will definitely be back in the future.

Very good place to stay. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I often go to work in Tepic and I thought it was a pretty nice and clean place to stay. Just a little noise in the street. But as 1 guest said, that can be solved with earplugs that I will not forget on my next visit. But actually I think that the times I go to Tepic I will stay in that place because it also has a place to park and that is a great advantage that we are looking for. The detail that there is salt, oil, pepper, tea, coffee and bottled water is very appreciated. I think it is a plus. It also has Netflix and that is also an extra. So it is also worth mentioning that the place is totally recommended.

Excellent place to stay, everything in perfect condition, clean and more than just for the price.

Accommodation that matches the images shown. It has mosquito nets on doors and windows, so for me it's a plus. It fulfills absolutely all the functions of an apartment because it has a coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan, so the heat wasn't an issue. There is a store and an Oxxo that you can walk to. And the shopping center is also very close by car. Accessible and quiet area, I will definitely return if I stay in Tepic again.

The house and pool were lovely. The beach was beautiful, clean and quiet. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The house manager, Alfonso, had suggestions on things to do locally and arranged a very nice whale watching boat trip. Francois and Claire were very responsive when I had (many) questions. The layout of the house was great for dining and hanging out together and provided lots of privacy for people who wanted it. We could not have been happier with everything.

A small but very well distributed house, the PRI could have air conditioning, it is located within a private community so it offers a lot of security. The host was flexible and responded quickly to our concerns, she was always attentive, my stay was very short so I could not enjoy all the amenities offered by this accommodation but definitely highly recommended

This is a great find. This home a huge, very modern and clean. Ulises is indeed a super host. He is very responsive. We stayed there while in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot. We stayed for 4 days with my wife and 2 children.This place was great. It is on the nicer side of town, super clean and safe. If you are visiting Tepic, stay here you are a short drive into the the city. Additionally, there is a pharmacy and mini-mart walking distance from this home. Washer and Dyer, kitchen, and showers are great in this place. I highly recommend this place and while you are there, take a drive to San Blas! Only about 45 mins away and a GREAT day trip.

Absolutely felt like a peaceful family vacation where we lost track of time . I asked Imelda, the lady who cleans the house if they had something like Uber eats and she shared with me a phone number to call for food deliveries by the local restaurants or supermarkets if we didn’t feel like driving out to the town. We sure used it because we wanted to enjoy the house itself and our pool. The beach “Chacalilla”, is beautiful and we also enjoyed the beach club.

It is a beautiful place, surrounded by nature, the place is very comfortable, it has beautiful views, that's why I named it from its location, even if it would be good, to say that it is for people who love nature, since the pathway is terraced and there are no self-service, pharmacies, tortillerias, doctors, close to the village, the nearest, Las Varas, I'll comment on it,why, I had a sting and I had to go, to that place of the rest, everything is excellent, the people who attend, the place are very kind, I hope to return soon!!!

The house is the same as in the photos, it has everything you need for a good stay. We found it clean, tidy and we loved the detail of the basket with some basics, which in other Airbnbs we had not received. He was always on the lookout for our messages, because he answered us right away. We would definitely return to Juan's house on our next visit to Tepic.

We enjoyed our stay. Felt really safe with the gated area. The kids enjoyed the swing and playing on their property. Everything was super clean and very spacious, well lit. Washer/dryer was a plus. Hosts and husband were very friendly. Definitely returning.
