We had an incredible stay in La Fortuna with our family, including our 3-year-old and 1-year-old. The home is perfectly situated right at the base of the volcano, offering unobstructed, stunning views—we could see Arenal from the living room and even while relaxing outside. The host was extremely thoughtful, leaving cold beers and champagne in the fridge for us, which was such a warm welcome after a long drive. Communication was excellent, and the concierge-style service made it easy to plan activities that worked for both adults and young kids. The space felt peaceful, safe, and well-equipped for a family. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—especially families looking for comfort, scenery, and great hospitality.

This home is beautiful! Hidden right in the center of La Fortuna, with a great volcano view, and a walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. Everything was super clean when we checked in. Marvin even picked us up from the airport and offered very fairly priced transportation. He also gave great food and activity recommendations, and even arranged private tours for us. Definitely would stay at his place again!

Alonso and everyone was so kind, helpful and friendly. Perfect location for us. The house has what we needed to cook our own meals or we could walk to restaurants across the main street. Easy walk. Lots of birds on property. The house was perfect but the host made it feel top notch. Book this home!

We had a wonderful stay at Erick’s place on our trip to La Fortuna. The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you needed. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.

This spot was a little bit difficult to find, but don’t let that discourage you. The home was beautiful. The rooms are located outside. It is very close to downtown area. Definitely recommend this.

I am glad to have found this gem of a place in La Fortuna. The house is very close to city center and all activities in La Fortuna. Lots of great restaurants near by. The house is very well maintained with all the required amenities. The pool surrounded by lush greenery was welcoming after a long day of hiking. Laura is very responsive and the check in / checkout process is a breeze. I recommended this place for anyone visiting La Fortuna.

The other reviews are correct. This place is even more beautiful in person. We did not the amount of space, how clean it was, and how luxurious it felt. It was like being in a resort. Even the way its designed was gorgeous. It was 4 adults and 2 kids and we all loved it. The kids especially loved the pool and how low it was and we loved the convenience of the market directly across the street. Also everything is a short taxi ride away. And to top it off, the one day pass at Las Logas Resort was awesome. We spent hours there walking the grounds and enjoying the hotsprings pools!! This is definitely one of the best airbnbs we've stayed at offering so many amenities withing close proximity to downtown and other attractions. Also the host Rebecca was very responsive! Be careful to follow the instructions when checking in because you will be lost. Thanks again Rebecca!

The house was incredible! Better than we expected. There was AC in the living area and each of the rooms that were freezing! Seems the house is brand new construction and the decor is beautiful! I would move right in as is and not do a thing. The host recommended a cooking service where a chef and assistant came to the house to cook us a fabulous dinner. They were amazing! Cleaned up after and left the kitchen impeccable. Even cleaned the floor in case anything was dropped. The pool was pristine and just the right size for our party. If I’m ever in the area in the future, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We give it 10 stars! Pura Vida!!

We had a great stay at Tria’s place! Check-in was easy and flexible. The house had everything we needed for our time in La Fortuna and it was in close proximity to downtown. The pool was an added bonus to relax and cool off during a short break between activities. Would definitely recommend for your stay in La Fortuna!

This cute little place was perfect for the two of us. Having the AC in the bedroom was so nice and made for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and watching and listening to all of the birds and watching the cows who are right next door. Fortuna Waterfalls is close by and it’s a quick trip into town. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved Bob's place! We stayed for 2 nights: 2 kids and 2 adults. The place is big, comfortable and beautiful jungle views and surroundings. What stood out the most is how attentive Bob was and went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home. He responded quickly to anything we asked and was super helpful not only at Casita but also when we had random questions about Costa Rica culture or recommendations around town. There is a ton of nature to observe from the clean and well appointed Casita. Bob took us on a personal night walk through the property to spot frogs and other nocturnal creatures. The kids had a blast in the pool. Thanks Bob!

Beautiful place, very clean and well kept, safe area, and responsive host. Google maps took us down the street to a different house but it was still on the right road so fairly easy to find based off accurate pictures on air bnb website

Excellent place, very private

This place rocked! This is my second time in Costa Rica and I can say not everyone goes above and beyond like this. The house is a great space and not to mention Jose was so accommodating. He even helped meet our needs by covering up the flashing lights at the pool- i had not even asked him to do that. Thanks for your help Jose! I would 12/10 recommend this place to a friend.

The house is mega beautiful and stylish. The two bathrooms are a dream and huge. Everything is super clean and the location on the street did not bother us, but rather gave us a feeling of security. In addition, the house is well protected and we felt comfortable and safe. The view from the balcony of the Arenal volcano is absolutely fantastic. The infrastructure around it offers everything you need: organizers for tours to the parks, shopping and the spas. Included in the stay was a visit to one of the thermal baths. Unfortunately, we were unable to use this because the time was too short. We would rent the wonderful house again anytime and would highly recommend. Caroline's care was straightforward and friendly. Before arriving, she shared everything important with us and we were able to enjoy the stay from the first moment. 🌋🤩🫶

The house is a peaceful oasis in urban Quesada. Ulises father Gerardo is the host, and he is very friendly and provided great communication. The setting is very secure with a locked gate entrance and even garage parking. Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom and they were spotless. Since there is no A/C, it is necessary to leave the windows open to enjoy the cool breeze. The windows don’t have screens, but surprisingly we only saw a few insects and 1 lizard come inside. The showers have individual overhead water heaters for warm water. We learned the house is for sale, so if any renters are interested ask Gerardo for details!

Gregorio went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.

Place is great, view is awesome, Hilario did a great job during the horseback ride , he was friendly. If I come back to Costa Rica we will stay here again is total worth it.

You have to stay here. Teresita’s and her home are absolutely top-notch. The home is on a large private parcel of land, a portion of which looks farmed. The home itself is incredible. It is practically new. The bedrooms and common areas all have their own AC systems. The outdoor dining and poolside lounge area are huge and comfortable. Our large family group ate there the entire time we stayed. Our teenagers loved the pool. The property is well-maintained. The gardener/pool man came by every morning and kept everything looking and working great. There are so many native plants and trees on the property. We saw a pair of macaws, green parrots, and humming birds every day. Teresita is so friendly and accommodating. She met us on check-in and gave us a walk through of the property. We asked her to stock us up with drinks, fruit, and fresh pastries before we got there. She recommended that we get fresh bread in the morning from Ramirez bakery. The home is in walking distance of everything.

It was one of our favorite houses when we stayed in Costa Rica, the neighbors are very friendly, the house is beautiful, they were always attentive to our arrival and gave us recommendations for eating, in Victorinos, and it was delicious, we had a great time. They have everything to make grilled meat, etc., we loved it!

It is very quiet, it has close to restaurants, supermarkets and ice cream shops (10 minutes or less) Internally comes with everything you need for cooking and being very quiet in the apartment The bathroom is very spacious, well organized, very illuminated and the ventilation more than perfect. In the room the blackout blinds are a success in being able to sleep late. Don Óscar's service and attention was excellent, very attentive and quick to respond. Would definitely go back!
