Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in San Carlos

Excellent location to enjoy all the charms of La Fortuna and San Carlos. Perfect for large or small groups, for all the services it offers. I would definitely come back with my group of 8 people.

What an amazing house! We ran into a few problems, totally out of the control of our hosts, and they could not have been more amazing and helpful! They truly went above and beyond to help us. The whole Vargas family, but especially Daniela, were amazing! The house is cool, the property is unique and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Our kids loved the outdoor space and nearby playground.

We found the house to be clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We loved the back patio and the beautiful pool. It was a little piece of paradise all to ourselves. The location is perfect because it's only five minutes to town but far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful. Good communication with the host. We would highly recommend.

Despite the language barrier she was very helpful and the place is in a great area where most everything is walking distance.

A really friendly and easy place to stay. You're left in peace, but very welcome, you feel like part of the furniture. My brothers were staying locally with their families and this place was perfect location for me to relax once we had all finished hanging out for the day. Activities are often from La fortuna so it's adds a few more minutes drive, but nice to be out of the hub. Bed was comfy. Kitchen good and very clean. Lots of towels. Use of washer/drier was useful to get things washed quickly. Host always there to advise via text and popped round a few times to say hi. I added another day no problem. The tour goes on through out the day, it's really interesting and fun. Lots of samples and facts to remember. The first tour is at 8am and you can hear chatting for a few minutes as the vanilla orchids are near the house and they stop to explain about them. I was always awake so not a problem. It's always an early start in this area with so much to do! Recommended !!

Our stay was wonderful! The grounds are gorgeous! The home itself was just right for our family of 5. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and covered patio during the rain. The farm fresh eggs were definitely a highlight. We ate eggs every morning! It was about 15 minutes from La Fortuna. We appreciated being in the beauty of that area!

Room was great. Lots of other travelers staying in this hostel. The team recommend great options for sight seeing and activities.

Friendly, helpful and communicative staff. Would skip the bar for food and drinks. Kitchen had basics. Great location, very secure building. No towels in our room upon arrival, but they were given to us when we asked the front desk. Overall, great place to stay.

amazing hostel with nice people

Koky is kind and attentive, he helped us with early check-in, the place is nice and safe, very close to downtown but despite this very quiet. Highly recommended.

A nice apartment, fully equipped close to all the shops and restaurants in La Fortuna. Beds are very comfortable, there is hot water for showering, and the rooms below have a nice terrace. I would stay at this place again.

Maribel is an incredible person, very kind, she responded to the msj extremely quickly, and was always attentive to anything we need.

Highly recommended. Everything is super clean, excellent location and the cabin has everything you need. We loved it!
