A 1-hour drive from Genoa and its Aquarium and about 30 minutes from the beaches of renowned locations such as Chiavari and Rapallo, from where trains and boats depart for Portofino and Cinque Terre. Ideal place to relax and enjoy panoramic views and outdoor lunches/dinners. The house is immersed in the greenery of the Ligurian hills of Val Fontanabuona, a 20-minute drive from the beaches of Chiavari and Lavagna. You can also easily reach the Val d'Aveto for excursions. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached villa and consists of: a large living room with two armchairs and a sofa bed, a large kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace. Upon arrival, after driving along a mountain road, you will find yourself surrounded by nature. Please note that in the last kilometer, the roadway narrows twice due to work in progress. The house has 3 bedrooms: a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is on the ground floor next to the games room with: billiards, ping pong, darts. In the private garden, you will find the hot tub with whirlpool (extra service by reservation), the BBQ, and everything for relaxation.
