The house is immersed in the greenery of the Ligurian hills of Val Fontanabuona, a 20-minute drive from the beaches of Chiavari and Lavagna. You can also easily reach the Val d'Aveto for excursions. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached villa and consists of: a large living room with two armchairs and a sofa bed, a large kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace. Upon arrival, after driving along a mountain road, you will find yourself surrounded by nature. Please note that in the last kilometer, the roadway narrows twice due to work in progress. The house has 3 bedrooms: a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is on the ground floor next to the games room with: billiards, ping pong, darts. In the private garden, you will find the hot tub with whirlpool (extra service by reservation), the BBQ, and everything for relaxation.
