Excelente lugar, mi familia y amigos la pasamos genial, definitivamente da mucha paz y los atardeceres son hermosos desde allí. Las habitaciones y otras áreas están muy cómodas. Solo me hubiese gustado tener alguna secadora ya que el tema de piscina y playa se humedece mucha ropa y pues que hubieses toallas disponibles para la huéspedes. Pero en general esta excelente volvería.

Home is located very close to Palenque beach. It is under 10 mins walking to get to the beach and/or local restaurants. The home is very cozy with comfy beds and ACs. Host is extremely attentive and responsible.

Overall, a good stay. Everything was as it should be. A little learning curve to the hot water but all good. These flats are within the “old city” area but near the end. A little longer walk to the better area w nice restaurants etc but that was fine. It was very secure. While we didn’t use the rooftop it was nice. Manual is a great host who was very responsive.

Absolutely the best stay of my entire life! The hosts thought of absolutely every single detail and nailed it to perfection! Everything was luxurious, clean, well decorated and extravagant. From designer towels, the most well equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen to even providing luxury toiletries for guests. They were extremely responsive and would respond immediately. I would recommend this place over and over again

For the past 6 years, I’ve been traveling to DR AND SO FAR THIS IS THE BEST AIRBNB I’ve stayed in. I have no regrets, the place is a “Wow”as you stepped inside, very comfy and private. Every individual have their own private bathroom and one bathroom for guess., the Airbnb is on the 11th floor and it got the biggest balcony in the building, it goes all around from the living room to the master bedroom so the view is incredible. I had a wonderful 10 days checked in/out was smooth. Definitely will recommend.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay with my family! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Maria and all the little details that made the place feel like a home away from home. The apartment was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to great restaurants and attractions. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip! Thank you Maria! ❤️❤️

Este hospedaje es un paraíso en medio de una comunidad aislada y lejana de San Cristobal... es un entorno bello dentro de la propiedad, con un clima agradable... el sonido del río que tiene detrás es lo más relajante e increíble de todo. Esas casitas tienen un cuidado increíble y todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas lindas vacaciones en familia, totalmente desconectados de todo (aunque hay Wifi y con eso uno se mantiene conectado jeje). A mi familia y a mi nos encantó y queremos repetir. Si recomiendo ir en vehículo alto (no debe ser 4x4) pues el camino tiene algunos baches que con las lluvias se agravan un poquito.. vimos muchos carros bajitos, así que también valen.

La persona encargada de la cuidar la propiedad fue extremadamente amable y muy servicial. Siempre estuvo al tanto de nuestras necesidades..

Estar en el campo, pero muy cercano a la ciudad, combinación idónea. La casa está muy bien equipada, tiene todo lo necesario y un poquito más. Repetiría sin duda alguna!!

I loved this house. Amazing and spacious pool. It's private. The house has 2 speakers and a barbecue grill. We had a lot of fun celebrating my friend's birthday. I highly recommend it

If you want peace for you and your couple or family. This could be your place. For me was exelent! The host Jose Manuel is the best ever. Always he was close for us. If you need something Jose Manuel will be for you. Thsnks Jose! Finally I would be back again no dout.

It's a beautiful place

This place had the most incredible river view I’ve ever been to!!! You are directly river front on private land. The sounds while sleeping were incredible! The bed was fine and the fan worked great. The kitchenette had everything you could need and the bathroom was equipped as well! We had a parking spot for our car and gated entry. It was so so quiet and peaceful! I highly suggest checking out this serene place and checking out the local towns nearby (: What a treat! The kindest people I’ve met on my travels. Thank you so much for the great hospitality and stay! I appreciate it (:
