This cozy and modernly-designed loft is ideal for travelers wanting to visit Madrid. Perfect for 2 and fits 4 comfortably on a sofa-bed, the flat is a homely retreat. This loft has all of the amenities travelers need for a relaxing stay. With a bathroom, shower, washer, AC, TV, microwave and cooking utensils, the loft is fully-equipped and convenient for guests who stay. The bed on the upper level is large and cozy for two people and the sofa-bed downstairs also sleeps 2 more people comfortably if you’re traveling in a group of 4 people. The flat has a well-kept and functional bathroom with a shower for guests. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can hangout on the terrace, enjoying the peacefulness and talk about all the adventures of the day. You have everything you need here to have a fun and unforgettable trip. For big groups, there are other two apartments in the building that could be rented depending on availability. The entire house is accessible to our guests during their visit—all we ask is that you take care of it, please! Retiro Park Industrial House

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
