A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Our house has just been renovated and is very comfortable. It is located in a quiet area, 2 km from the Basilica of Collemaggio and 4 km from the center. It is conveniently located to reach popular locations, such as Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio, the Stiffe caves, the slopes of Campo Felice and Campo Imperatore. A few meters away is the city bus stop and 5 km from the train station to Sulmona. For relaxation you will find a Smart TV. Have a nice stay!

Newly built apartment (2018), located in a residential complex that was down and rebuilt after the earthquake in 2009. New and functional furnishings, equipped with all essential services including linen and appliances, 2 bunk beds to be arranged in the living room for the 5th and 6th guests, plus a camping cot to be placed in the largest room. At guests' disposal 2 BICYCLES We do not have private parking but it is EASY TO find a place in the immediate vicinity.
