This was a great place. Safe neighborhood. Short walk to all of the great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely book again.

Amy’s place was exactly what I needed for my 5 week stay in Oaxaca. The house is a beautiful mix of traditional and modern. A simple and well designed space with everything I needed. The San Felipe neighborhood is a bit far from all the happenings in the city but if you’re comfortable being a bit off the beaten path and learn how the local buses work it makes for nice escape. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here at La Reina. The location was easily accessible to everything, lots of buses going to el centro and good options for food shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The space itself is well maintained, functional and comfortable with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Friendly neighbors all around area was calm after dark as well. Manuel was an accommodating and friendly host. We would certainly like to stay here again when we return to Oaxaca.

Manuel's is the perfect little tiny house for the solo traveler. I always felt safe. It is exceptionally clean, well equipped and while it is located in a quiet, refined neighborhood, it is still within walking distance of cento. Getting a bus or taxi back was easy. The True highlight of this stay was the hospitality shown to me. I felt truly cared for by Manuel, Patricia and Manolo; who showed sincere concern for me. Thank you. Yes, I would highly recommend their home.
