Elegante y acogedor loft de diseño para máximo 4 huéspedes. En pleno barrio de Palermo Hollywood cuenta con todo nuevo y completamente renovado/equipado. Un 9º piso con una gran terraza, muy luminoso y con una gran vista abierta a la ciudad. Muchas de las atracciones de la ciudad pueden visitarse a pie o mediante cualquier medio de transporte público (excelente conexión con metro, trenes y autobuses). En una zona muy tranquila pero a pocos metros de parques, bares, restaurantes, museos, etc!

Cabure - Exclusive tiny cabin on the Sarmiento River

Cabure is one of the two cabins on a property of over 1,200 square meters, featuring a private dock 20 meters long with a deck where you can relax and enjoy. Just a 15-minute boat ride from the Tigre train station, you can unwind in a deck chair or hammock, listening to the birdsong, feeling the breeze rustling through the willow trees, and soaking in the energy of the ancient Paraná Delta. Located on the impressive Río Sarmiento, you can easily arrive by public boat without much walking.

Beautiful house in the delta, very practical and comfortable, fully equipped, 700 meters from the mainland, 5 minutes of very relaxing navigation in a transfer boat included in the price. Located within the closed nautical neighborhood Aldea Del Lujan. Ideal for family time surrounded by nature, but if you need to work, we also have Wifi available. An excellent place to rest from the city while being just a few minutes away, 5 minutes from Villa La Nata, Nordelta, and 45 minutes from CABA.

Punta Chica Loft

Punta Chica Loft is a unique place in the North zone. It is located in Victoria, near the Punta Chica station of the coastal train, with cafes and restaurants. The University of San Andrés is a 10-minute walk away. An area with lots of vegetation and very safe for walking. The loft offers a garden view, spacious with a living room and TV. Decorated with art and design objects. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with 24-hour security. Two blocks from the supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy.

Casa minimalista en planta alta, rodeada de verde, con terraza, gran balcón y vista al hípico. Funciona como 3er piso. Loft luminoso, cama super king, vidrios dobles, losa radiante, aire acond y cortinas blackout en todas las ventanas. Entrada independiente, buen aislamiento. Mi taller está en planta baja con acceso totalmente separado. Ideal para 1 o 2 personas tranquilas que buscan descanso cerca del río y gastronomía, a 30 min de CABA y Tigre. No apta para eventos/producciones.
