Kareena's place was a blessing. I stayed for the month of January and I had an excellent start to the year. I was hear to work on my business and a music project. Kareena accomodated me with an office chair and I was able to rent a bike through them. She was very helpful and repsonsive to anything I asked for - whether it was recommendations for cafes or places to shop or visit, everything was well presented. They were also very kind and provided me with a bag to climb Pulak on my last weekend. I really enjoyed my stay, the coffee shops were great and allowed me to be productive. Baguio itself is lovely city with plenty of choices for food and shopping. The locals are very kind and freindly, I always felt safe. I didn't enjoy the air quality of the city when out walking the busy streets but this was my only complaint. The local massage places were all top notch also. I'd come come back again. Especially to explore more the country and do more trekking outside of Baguio. Kindest, Rob

The RiCio Haus is one of the best most comfortable places I have stayed, after 16 countries that says a lot, the large spacious apartments, great staff, and above all comfortable beds and furniture, it's quiet and private, rooms are cleaned on request and laundry done on site, which is very convenient. When in the beautiful city of Baguio, the RiCio Haus will be where I reside.

Our stay here was wonderful! The place looks exactly like in the pictures, and it is indeed right in front of Good Shepherd and a few minutes walk from Mines View. The host is also responsive and friendly which I really appreciate. I’d definitely come back to this place the next time I visit Baguio!

The apartment was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with Bryan and was smooth and quick. Me and my friends had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony and rooftop. The location is great—relatively close to Baguio's central district and Camp John Hay, whether you're commuting or driving. The host was warm, welcoming, and very responsive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. I can't recommend this place enough. It's perfect for big barkadas or families looking for a cozy, scenic, and well-located spot in Baguio. Book it whenever you get the chance!

Really enjoyed my stay here and I have very high standards. This could have been a 4-4.5 star hotel and was utterly impeccable. Dental and vanity kits were provided, water was provided. Towels had branded embroidery with the apartment name. Absolutely zero complaints. If I’m ever in Baguio again, this will definitely be my preferred place to stay. Thank you for everything!

Tanya’s place was peaceful and refreshing. It’s a good place for families who want private quiet time. It’s also near the tourist destinations. As amenities go, they have all the necessities, as declared in the listing.

The place was so big (especially for us na 15 pax lang), clean and comfortable. My family loved it! They even want to extend our stay, but since we have works the next day, we just planned on going back again. It really felt like home and I personally love the kitchen because it have everything we need. My nephews and nieces also loved the place because of the huge space. Malaya silang nakakalaro. Overall, we had a really nice stay at Boknay’s house. Ate Emma and Sir Aurelio are so nice and responsive. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!! Sobrang worth it ng binayad namin!

We love the place! It felt like a home away from home. The spacious living room was our favorite. The rooms are all very spacious as well. The kitchen is complete. We used Kai’s place as the prep location for our wedding. The photographers were able to capture a lot of great shots and there was a lot of space for our hair and makeup artists. I’m still giving this listing 5 stars even though there was no internet during the majority of our stay. It was out of the host’s control and he compensated by giving us free drinking water and free late check-out. Our family enjoyed the bonfire as well. Overall, I’m so glad that I found Kai’s place. It was way better than staying in a hotel. The place is close enough that you can just walk to session road in less than 15mins. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back and we will recommend Kai’s place to our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay in the bnb. It’s peaceful and away from the busy roads — but still in a convenient location. The rooms were extremely spacious and perfect for our group. Everything was well prepped and clean as well. Ma’am Eden’s very responsive to all our inquiries from the start until the end of our stay. Moreover, they even allowed us to check in early! Overall, a 10/10 vacation and a 10/10 home. ⭐️

Thea is very accommodating, we booked at the last minute and had a few delay going to the place. But she has been patient and understanding. The room we rented was on the top floor, which is the 3rd floor. The access are through spiral staircases which might be troublesome for seniors and pets, but since we are all middle aged and able, we don’t mind this. I am early in my pregnancy and I didn’t mind the stairs too. We even brought a cooler with us and were able to carry it up the stairs. The water pressure is okay, they have water pump that’ll help address it. The place is best at night, we love spending time in the balcony. It is located in a residential area and going around Baguio would mean you have to drive around. No tourist spot is walking distance, but it’s not a far drive. Overall, it’s a good experience and would love to stay there again.

Well, unfortunately it was raining when we arrive so its not their fault that we encountered some issues. I've read the details they posted of the location and its already enough to find the exact house using Google Maps. The area has a stiff climb from where we came and has tight parking spot so its quite challenging so I cannot recommended this for guest with cars or with unexperienced drivers. Not sure if that parking was really meant for us but I'm glad we were able to use it so its quite convenient even when we arrive late at night from going around the city. We are not a "maarte" or picky family, as long as its safe and clean we are good to go. And this accommodation was already good enough for us, plus it has great view from the balcony where we used to eat and relax. Everything we need for a house are also provided so our stay really went well. The wifi is quite fast as well. Overall, this accommodation was great for us, a family with kids, and would love to come again.

If you are particular about details and cleanliness, this is the place to be. The place is well-kept. It has all the amenities and enough rooms for a big family.

Great host and location. Wheelchair friendly and senior approved. Spacious for a family /barkada staycation. Complete set-up from beddings to towels to kitchen essentials. May malapit din na talipapa for those who are not maselan for your ulam needs or may malapit din naman na grocery on your way sa place. Tahimik lng yong place, we enjoyed the stay. Our toddler and senior family member need not to adjust, feeling at home po sila agad.

The property is great. The units are still under construction so amenities are not quite there yet. Also the property is located on a steep hill so driving there is a little questionable if you have a large vehicle. Uber and taxi is unreliable on a weekend given location area.

It was so nice and homey. I almost forgot I was in a condo.

We had an excellent stay for 2 nights. The unit has everything we needed and is perfect for our group size of 10 pax including a few kids and senior citizens. In my mind I assumed the unit would have AC but I take it as my own bad I should have clarified beforehand and overall didnt impact a comfortable stay. Thank you and more power!

We had a wonderful stay at Chadi’s place during our family trip to Baguio. The place was spotless—very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to feel relaxed and at home. It’s close to several good restaurants and cafés, so finding a place to eat was never a problem. It’s also in a quiet area, which gave us the best of both worlds—convenience without the noise. There was also one dedicated parking space, which made bringing a car stress-free. The WiFi was fast and reliable throughout our stay—perfect for both leisure and staying connected. Ms. Beth was also very kind and accommodating, which added to the pleasant experience. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in Baguio!

The place was very accessible from the town proper.Clean,spacious and very homey. The kitchen was very nice and we love the complementary dishwashing liquid provided. Hot and cold water on sink was very good and the hot shower was great. The view from the balcony was picturesque. Nice and peaceful surroundings. HIGHY RECOMMENDED WE HAD A GREAT REST ON OUR STAY!

This is our second time to book with Sir Justin, the first one at the forest cabin in Camp John Hay way back 2016. So I decided to look for his listings again and we were lucky enough to find one. We had a comfortable stay, most especially two of my family members were under the weather that they needed to stay home and rest for a while. The place was squeaky clean with fresh linens and overall safe and secure. We appreciate how Sir Justin was responsive to our needs and even came to fix our Netflix on TV.
