Everything is super clean and cozy. New and modern furniture. He provides any kitchen equipment such as a coffee maker(a few pods), juicer, kettle... he also left us a bottle of red wine welcome. 😅I would say nothing to say 🥳

Excellent 10 night stay. Apartment is on top floor of a quite apartment block. Good location, 5 minutes to Yumbo centre, about 10 minutes to the beach promenade. 20 minute stroll gets you to the dunes. Bus stops very nearby so hire car not needed. Everyone I met at the complex during my stay was friendly and always said hello. Good standard of furniture & fittings, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed and I slept very well. Large balcony with sea view. I was met on arrival by Pedro's partner and although I was early I was able to check in straight away and he took time to show me around the apartment. Communication with Pedro was very good from time of booking through to departure. I enjoyed my stay and left refreshed and relaxed. I visit the resort several times a year and if Pedro's apartment is available for future visits then I wouldn't hesitate to rebook, not least because it is such good value for the standard of the apartment and it's location. Highly recommended.

We loved Alexis’s place! We had a great stay. The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants, the promenade and the beach. The private courtyard and pool were great for sunbathing and swimming. Alexis was very friendly and easy to work with.

Nice little apartment, which is totally sufficient for two people. We lacked nothing, as everything was available. The location and surroundings are totally quiet. It is 10 minutes by car to Maspalomas Beach or Playa de Ingles. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. We would definitely visit again!

We had a great 4 weeks in the bungalow. The bungalow is very clean and bright. The tasteful decor makes you feel right at home. We also had nice contact with the neighbors who live there permanently. Any inquiry to Alejandro was answered quickly and there was a suggestion or solution for all inquiries. We also used the parking lot within the complex opposite the bungalow. There are 2 TVs available on which Netflix can be watched. German stations cannot be received. Since German channels are sometimes not allowed to be shown abroad for legal reasons, there is still the following option to watch. Set up a VPN to your home and connect the player to the TV with an HDMI cable (not included). We were also able to look at other bungalows in the complex, but will always prefer Alejandro's. It was definitely not the last time we were there.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, with amazing views. if you enjoy the sound of waves then this place is for you. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, even picking us up from the airport upon arrival. For us this was heaven and we definitely recommend.

A great stay in a spotless apartment. The pool at the foot of the building is an asset, it is very quiet, clean and tranquil. Close to the beach. Host was very welcoming and very responsive. We asked him for a badge during the stay we got it very quickly without even moving. The checkout time involving an early morning key exchange was also not a problem. I recommend it.

Patricia made us feel right at home. I was waiting for us when we arrived and had some amenities ready for the family. During the stay Patricia was attentive at all times, she even got the pool works delayed so that the little ones could enjoy during all the holidays. The bungalow is great, well located next to the pool in a very quiet complex with easy parking. The sofas on the ground floor are comfortable for sleeping. I have been using Airbnb for years and I will say without hesitation that the accommodation is the best I have ever stayed in, both for the kindness of Paco and his wife who are always willing to help you, and for the bungalow, very clean, warm and cozy, as well as very complete with everything you need. The perfect location for a family vacation, in a quiet area with all the services. Totally recommended! Thank you for everything.

Ideal! Fantastic stay! The apartment is very mono and for two people it has everything, on the TV you have to watch movies and everything is clean. Also the pool is great and they have mats and pool towel. For taking a pega nos missed that there was an extractor hood and the pillows for us were uncomfortable but that goes to the person's liking. Location is fine You have a bar or restaurant nearby and the Aldi is less than 5mins away. It is away from the beach and the center but you have a parking space and with a car you arrive in 5mins. And the communication with Sacha and the girl who received us was great. We would definitely repeat.

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Everything was great! Manoj welcomed us very kindly and explained and recommended places on the island. Every morning, he has the courtesy of bringing us bread from his bakery. The apartment was very well located and equipped. We loved it!

We’ve been visiting Gran Canaria for several years due to its favourable climate at this time of year. We stumbled on Bahia Feliz totally by chance and we’re glad that we did. Carmen’s place is a bright and airy studio apartment with a balcony, it is small but seems much more specious due to its uncluttered interior. Carmen has put a great deal of effort into making sure everything you need for your stay is catered for. We shall definitely be booking with Carmen in the future.

We absolutely loved staying in Maria's place. Fab location, two minutes from the beach and close to a great selection of many bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, long or short. We loved the terrace with the table, chairs and sun loungers. Full sun all day long and well into the evening. Beautiful entrance to the apartment block with lovely trees, plants and flowers. Maria was very helpful when we had a problem, maintenance arrived in minutes to help us and all was sorted incredibly quickly. With a very late flight home, we were very grateful for a late check-out! Thank you for a lovely stay, we will certainly be back next time we visit Gran Canaria. 😃🌞

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. The modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, and you can easily find a place to park your car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back for sure!

We have just stayed for 3 weeks at Maria’s place in Gran Canaria, it was our first visit to the island and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The property at Betancuria gave us plenty of space and flexibility to come and go as we pleased , having outside space was lovely for alfresco dining, but it’s not too far from local amenities , beach , bars etc. The property is equipped with everything you would need . We hired a car for a week, so having a dedicated car parking space was useful. Communication with Maria was easy and she was always quick to respond.

When the place is free, book it immediately! Fantastic views, new apartment, nice pool, quiet. You should rent a car. Tip: Book top car directly from home with additional insurance at Las Palmas airport. The taxi back and forth costs almost as much as the rental car for a week. Shopping: SuperDino Affordable: fish, fruit, open sausages You can borrow a barbecue in the complex. BBQ on the balcony was great. You can also get water and coffee in the complex. Central location on the island. All staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was a very nice holiday. Thank you

Super happy with my stay at Edwin's! The apartment is ultra clean and quiet as well as the residence too! Edwin is just a great host who is attentive and is also super responsive to a request! In addition, his restaurant is just too good , we eat very well and the welcome is also warm! I recommend this apartment, halfway to the Yumbo and the dunes!

Cozy appartment, nice stay

We have had the best week! Luca could not have been more helpful, he made our stay 100% perfection, he picked us up and dropped us to the airport we then arrived at the apartment which was stunning! The apartment has everything in it that you could want, there was even beers in the fridge and fruit ready for our arrival. Luca gave us some great recommendations for food / coffee too which we ended up going to multiple times. Thank you Luca for making our week amazing! The best airbnb host we have ever had.
