Holiday rentals with a pool in San Fernando, Maspalomas

¡Francesca ha sido una anfitriona maravillosa! Siempre atenta y muy predispuesta a explicarnos todo y ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. La casa es incluso más bonita que en las fotos y estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Es de agradecer la cantidad de detalles pensados para hacer perfectas las vacaciones: dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias como lavadora, secadora, cafetera, tostadora, aspiradora… y además deja productos útiles como jabón, café o toallas para la piscina. Sin duda, repetiremos. ¡Gracias por todo, Francesca!

We spent 7 wonderful days with our family at Andy and Aga’s beautiful house in Gran Canaria. The home was spotless, well-organized, and felt like new — everything was perfectly maintained and fully equipped. The location is excellent; with a car, you can reach the beach, mountains, water park, and other attractions within 10–20 minutes. The hosts, Andy and Aga, were incredibly kind and welcoming. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation — including towels for the beach and pool. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gran Canaria!

Le logement et le jardin correspondent aux photos.C’est un endroit paisible et très agréable.Nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait à disposition dans le logement pour cuisiner et se reposer( transats confortables ) ainsi que de bons restaurants dans les environs .De cet endroit nous avons peu sillonner à travers l’île. Merci à Katia et Daniel qui ont été très réactifs à chaque messages.

We loved staying here. Our friends were just across the path from us in the same Bungalows so worked well for us both. Host was very quick at responding. A small suggestion , the toaster only toasted one side so our beans on toast for breakfast took ages 😂 however we did not mention this to Adama as it was it wasn’t anything that affected our holiday. A short walk to Yumbo, but be prepared for the hill up to it. We enjoyed the walk but it may be worth getting a taxi for just a few euros. Would stay again 👍🏻

Wir können dieses Haus jedem empfehlen. Ein absoluter Traum. Sehr sauber alles, nichts war defekt. Es gab sogar Shampoo und Genügend Handtücher für 4 Personen. Fernando und Kati sind super freundlich. Es gab noch ein Willkomensgeschenk. Frisches Obst und Wein. Es war einfach Toll. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Die Anlage ist auch super. Zwei grosse Pools auf zwei Ebenen mit Wasserfall. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Restaurants, einen Aldi und einen Spar. Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub haben möchte ist bei Fernando und Kati sehr gut aufgehoben.

We had the most wonderful week long stay at this stunning villa. We travelled as a family of 6 adults and our 9 month old grandchild. Flo was an amazing host, very communicative, responsive to our requests. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived later in the evening, Flo still greeted us upon arrival and we felt very welcome. The villa was very well presented, clean, well equipped with everything you would need for the stay and felt home from home. The beds were comfy too. There was the most beautiful pool and garden area including dining area, bbq, sunbeds, pool towels and shaded comfortable seating area. As a family we loved being outside. We hired cars from the airport, which was about a 30 minute drive to the villa. As a family we felt this was a must to have cars as the nearby shops, beaches and restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away. We had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend. Geweldige ervaring in een droomvilla! Wij verbleven met z’n vieren in deze prachtige villa en het was in één woord: fantastisch. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door een meneer die ons de sleutel overhandigde en alles rustig uitlegde – een fijne start van ons verblijf! De villa zelf is ruim, stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat het écht bijzonder maakte, was het adembenemende uitzicht. Elke ochtend wakker worden met dat panorama was puur genieten – of we nu buiten aan het ontbijten waren, in het zwembad lagen of ’s avonds onder de sterrenhemel zaten. Alles was gewoon perfect geregeld. Schoon, goed onderhouden, een fijne sfeer en alle voorzieningen die je je maar kunt wensen. Of je nu komt voor rust, gezelligheid of een combinatie van beide: deze plek biedt het allemaal. Wij hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad en zouden het zonder twijfel aan iedereen aanraden. Wij komen zeker terug!

Excellent 10 night stay. Apartment is on top floor of a quite apartment block. Good location, 5 minutes to Yumbo centre, about 10 minutes to the beach promenade. 20 minute stroll gets you to the dunes. Bus stops very nearby so hire car not needed. Everyone I met at the complex during my stay was friendly and always said hello. Good standard of furniture & fittings, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed and I slept very well. Large balcony with sea view. I was met on arrival by Pedro's partner and although I was early I was able to check in straight away and he took time to show me around the apartment. Communication with Pedro was very good from time of booking through to departure. I enjoyed my stay and left refreshed and relaxed. I visit the resort several times a year and if Pedro's apartment is available for future visits then I wouldn't hesitate to rebook, not least because it is such good value for the standard of the apartment and it's location. Highly recommended.

Alojamiento muy recomendable. El trato por parte de David y Lore fue cercano y amable, teniendo nuestra comodidad siempre en cuenta. El espacio no es muy grande pero está bien distribuido y tiene todo lo necesario. La comunidad es acogedora y la piscina es grande y está bien mantenida. Si vas con coche siempre encuentras aparcamiento en frente de la residencia. Muchas gracias por todo! :)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Anlage und der Ausblick waren wunderschön und größtenteils wirklich sehr ruhig. Es entsprach alles den Bildern. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben immer gut einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Todo ha sido impecable. La comunicación con Alicia, la estadía. Todo ha sido como esperado. El apartamento moderno, con todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodos. La zona muy tranquila, se consigue sitio para aparcar el coche en los alrededores con facilidad. Las instalaciones de la comunidad son impecables, con salida directa a la playa. Nada de qué reclamar. Volveremos con seguridad!

Maria's apartment is absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, although a little smaller than we expected but that didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. María was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had prior to our arrival. Our flight arrived at 10am and we were able to check in just after 11am which was incredible. On arrival, María gave us a list of recommendations which was so helpful. We also really really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us for our recent engagement. It was so thoughtful. The complex is so clean and we felt really safe. The pool is absolutely fab, there were lots of sun loungers available, so no need for early morning rush to reserve them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Beautiful, spacious and modern apartment in a great 📍 location! The lady who helped me with the check-in was an amazing host ! She gave me lots of information and recommendations and helped with everything! Apartment got everything you need plus a nice pool and jacuzzi outside! Perfect place to start and rest for couples or solo travelling. Thank you for having me. Definitely will come back one day! Much recommended!! Gracias ❤️

Das Apartment und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Bushaltestelle oder beim Taxi. Es gibt einen großen Pool sowie direkten Strandzugang. Bei unserer Ankunft standen gekühlte Getränke und Snacks für uns bereit. Die Kommunikation vorab und auch während des Aufenthaltes war unkompliziert und Monica antwortete schnell auf meine Nachrichten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nous somme très content d’avoir passé les vacances de noel chez Isabel. La maison est magnifique correspond exactement aux photos. Elle est grande luxueux et tres propre, très jolie vu sur la plage. La piscine est propre et bien entretenu. Nos enfants ont bien amusé ! L’emplacement est bien et calme, idéal pour famille avec enfants. C’est très proche de l’aéroport, donc très pratique pour arrive et départ. Isabel est très gentil et très disponible! La communication se passe très bien! On reviendra si on repasse les vacances dans l’île !

The house is beautifully decorated and the pool is a great size. It's in a quiet residential area about a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a large supermarket within 10 minutes walk. There's also a few fast food places there. The main tourist area is about 15 minutes in a taxi. Jael was super responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is no air conditioning which was fine for us as our stay was in April. The only suggestion I would have is that it would have been helpful to have some sort of information in the house about working the appliances, taxi numbers, local recommendations, takeaways, tourist attractions etc. Jael was so really helpful but I felt uncomfortable contacting him all the top. I would definitely recommend this place.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison . Son authenticité et son modernisme m’ont charmé. L environnement est agréable (piscine magnifique) juste le bruit de la route mais pas si gênant que ça. La maison est bien équipee et offre une belle intimité. Manque juste un parasol sur la terrasse pour profiter des après-midi au soleil.

This is quite simply the loveliest place to stay in Gran Canaria. An authentic Finca set in beautiful surroundings and Xeph is a fantastically friendly and responsive host. Loads to do in the area if you like walking, good food and spectacular views. Alternatively you could spend the whole day by the pool sunbathing and drinking cocktails. We did both! The local village, Santa Lucia is a 5 min drive away and a 25 min walk. We're just trying to work out when we can go back!
