I needed to commute downtown to the Orpheum Theater daily and I did that with ease. This is more than a 5-star rental! Go if you dare to experience true luxury in San Francisco! The apartment is your home away from home, it's all yours for the duration of your stay. A large patio in the back is yours with lounge chairs for a nap in the afternoon, table and chairs for your morning breakfast, a BBQ grill & a fountain for relaxation (free lemons from the tree). We're always available to help by PHONE, SMS, EMAIL or just a KNOCK on our door, will get us in person. Merced Manor is relaxing and comfortable with great transport links just minutes from downtown. It's extremely well located—get to Stonestown Galleria or the beach within five minutes or explore the local area rich with eateries and great shopping. Public transportation is straightforward: the No. 23 bus goes east/west along Sloat Boulevard (the neighborhood’s northern limit), and the No. 28 travels north and south along 19th Avenue. The “M” streetcar is an option for downtown commuters, traveling along 19th Avenue (there’s a stop at Stonestown Mall) before veering northeast through the West Portal tunnel to Civic Center, Union Square (25 minutes) and the Financial District in about half an hour. In addition, if you want to use your own car during the day, when you return at night, you do not have to contend with San Francisco's legendary parking problems. Not only is there abundant street parking in front of the house, a rarity for San Francisco, there are no meters or parking permit requirements that would otherwise force you to move your car. Regarding late check-out: We may accommodate you with late check-out if you mention it during the booking process, many times we have other guests waiting to check-in (same day). We need to know in advance.

Garden Home in Sunny Noe Valley Near The Castro

[We follow the most-stringent cleaning and sanitizing protocols. We are an 8-minute walk to a park with a scenic view of SF and a 10-15-minute walk to several city parks.] Watch hummingbirds from the comfort of the zero-gravity chairs in the leafy backyard, and pick lemons for drinks later. Parquet flooring, a decorative fireplace, and the home's original blueprints framed above the sofa make the living room equally welcoming. If you like to cook while traveling, you'll enjoy our newly renovated kitchen with professional appliances. The bathroom has an over-sized tub and a separate shower. As of 7 Dec 2019, the master and the second bedroom contain new queen-sized beds. (There is no longer a sleeper couch in the second bedroom.) Outdoors, although SF is famous for fog, Noe Valley is one of our sunniest neighborhoods; chances are good that you'll be able to lounge in our enclosed yard most of the year. The entire floor (six rooms; private entrance) is yours. We'll be available to offer help if needed. Have breakfast in the nearby neighborhood cafe before walking 10 to 15 minutes to reach galleries, boutiques, and a cinema. Nightlife and restaurants are also close. Explore further via the public transportation hubs in Noe Valley and The Castro. Very easy access to public transportation. Bus stops at our corner. Five minute ride or 10-15 minute walk to transportation hubs. One dedicated street parking space.

Located on the hill in Stinson Beach, this tidy studio is just a short walk down to town and the beach. Filled with the sound of the ocean, and close to the many hiking trails on Mt. Tam, the studio has a full kitchen and bath, and unobstructed panoramic views. Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask.
