Op loopafstand van centrum, via verschillende wegen te bereiken. Winkeltje en bakkertjes in de buurt. Alles was aanwezig en goed bed. Perfecte plek om te verblijven in deze stad.

Jacqueline was a great host, greeting us on arrival. She shared some great recommendations and helped us book a special treat on our first night, which was really appreciated. The apartment overlooks the square, a lovely location with cafes and restaurants right up the street. It is also easy to walk to the centre.

We had an excellent time staying at Raoul’s apartment. The location was perfect with easy access to the city centre and also the lovely parts close to the apartment south of the river. There was so much to do and see nearby, as well as amazing food right at your doorstep. If you’re a bit on the taller side like me (6ft1) then the bathroom and shower will feel snug but it did not detract from the experience. It was quiet at night and peaceful throughout the day with the only time of busyness being the end of the school day. I would happily stay here again and Raoul was an excellent host providing lots of information about the local area as well as responsive.

Florence, especially in the historic center can be overwhelmed by crowds and noise. How fortunate were we to find Luca's beautiful flat right across the bridge from all the action? The flat itself is spacious, quiet, great a/c, wireless, and the bed was very comfortable - exactly as advertised. She is not kidding about those stairs; it's only 3 flights, but be aware if you have mobility issues. One of the best surprises is the lovely petite plaza just a few steps away where you can get dinner, drinks, and some of the best gelato we had in Italy. If you are a bit crazy and drive to Florence, as we did, there is a great garage nearby where you can make advance reservations for the duration of your stay. Take my advice and park first and make the short walk back to the flat with your baggage; those streets are narrow!!! Perfect stay, friendly host, and a great value. Thank you, Luca.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Awesome apartment and great host! This place is super clean, conveniently located, and really unique looking. Love all the exposed brick. Giovanni was very proactive and helpful and it’s obvious he cares about his guests’ experiences. Would definitely recommend! Although not a problem for us at all, keep in mind there are a lot of stairs.

Very nice apartment in the santo spirito area. A bit more away from the crowds, with everything very much walkable. Pitti palace and boboli gardens are just a 5 min walk. Nice restaurants and shops are also close by. The interior is nice and functional; 2 good working airco's in living room and bedroom, which are very welcome in this period of year. It has a nice back yard as a bonus. There is a bar 50/100m away, but this wasn't really bothering me with sleeping. I would recommend this apartment.

Martina’s home is in the perfect location with great restaurants nearby, as well as within walking distance from everywhere in Florence! She was also SO helpful! She was full of wonderful suggestions, was willing to help with anything we needed, and was super responsive - thank you!

I travelled solo for eight nights and this apartment was perfect for my stay! It’s in a safe, residential neighborhood that is a short walk to great restaurants and all the popular sites. The apartment is exactly as pictured, clean, secure, and quiet. I loved having a washing machine and all the kitchen amenities. Tommaso was always quick to respond to any questions I had and gave great local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

I resist saying anything negative but there was the usual street noise and tons of mosquitoes. Nothing the host could have done for that. I’m truly pleased with our accommodation. Beautiful and easy to walk to invite middle of what we wanted to see and doo. Highly recommend!

Isabella’s apartment was so peaceful, sparkling clean, a welcome and cool rest during a very hot stretch of time in Italy. The neighborhood is wonderful, walkable to everything you’d want to see in Florence. Isabella was very kind and communicative the whole time. I would definitely recommend her lovely home!

This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!

We had a great time at Filippo's place. The location is perfect in the Santo Spirito/Oltrarno area. More authentic feel away from tourists but easy walk to everywhere. The accommodation was smart, comfortable and clean. Towels and soap etc provided, handy for us with hand luggage. Washing machine also super handy. Steep steps to the apartment, but wasn't an issue for us. The Alfred Concierge service was professional and responsive. They messaged us beforehand to arrange to meet earlier so we could drop our bags off whilst we waited for the room to be cleaned. I few places we would recommend: Around the corner: - Il Santo Vino (cute wine bar where you can get a spritz in a takeaway cup for 3 euro or a cup of wine for 1 euro) - Osteria Santo Spirito (amazing gnocchi) Hostaria de Fulvio (lovely steak and mussels) - Trattoria Giovanni (amazing steak, tiramisu, chocolate cake and wine) - Gustapizza (great pizzas!) Other side of bridge: Oggi (lovely wine/ quiet side street)

Super zentrale Unterkunft in Florenz mit allem was man braucht. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten. Absolute Empfehlung von uns. 👍🏼

Malgré un quartier très animé, le logement de Salvatore est très calme et on peut se reposer sans problème. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Florence, tout peux se faire à pieds. De bons restaurants à proximité. je recommande cet appartement.

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

Fantastisk lejlighed, med den helt rette placering i forhold til et ophold i centrum af Florence. Dejlig rummelig og perfekt at have en lille terrasse med plads til 4 personer omkring bordet. Jeg kan anbefale stedet til andre.

We loved our time at Luciano’s place and can’t wait to go back. His beautiful space was spotless and well located and coffee and cocktails on the terrace were spectacular! He was so warm on arrival and responsive during our visit—we were so sad to leave!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
