Jacqueline was a great host, greeting us on arrival. She shared some great recommendations and helped us book a special treat on our first night, which was really appreciated. The apartment overlooks the square, a lovely location with cafes and restaurants right up the street. It is also easy to walk to the centre.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the major attractions and at night, we could hear the musicians from the Ponte Vecchio. Christiana is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful. She explained the apartment to us on arrival and assisted us with taxis and restaurants. We would stay here again.

What can I say that hasn’t already been communicated. Ezio is a fantastic host who was incredibly nice to communicate with. He was always just a message away if needed and his local Oltrarno recommendations were spot on. Ezio’s apartment is so beautiful. Not only is it clean and roomy, it’s full of vintage finds and modern touches. It really was a home away from home, a quiet retreat after the crowded streets of Florence. I would recommend this apartment for future travelers and I’d easily stay here again when I visit Firenze. Ezio is an amazing host and his apartment is bellissimo.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Great apartment in a calm area with a walkable distance to everywhere. The apartment looks like the photos and we found all the mentioned amenities. The host was friendly and we were able to check in early! Recommended!

probably the BEST airbnb we have ever stayed in! hosts were extremely accomodating and provided an entire binder of recommendations for anything a guest could think of. they met us for check in to make sure we were comfortable / knew our way around the property. the property was gorgeous and tranquil…. little slice of heaven in an authentic florentine neighborhood. the terrace and church bells were beautiful. awesome cooking class just a few doors down. will definitely book again… grazie mille for a wonderful experience !!

I travelled solo for eight nights and this apartment was perfect for my stay! It’s in a safe, residential neighborhood that is a short walk to great restaurants and all the popular sites. The apartment is exactly as pictured, clean, secure, and quiet. I loved having a washing machine and all the kitchen amenities. Tommaso was always quick to respond to any questions I had and gave great local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely spacious apartment, great location. There are lots of steps, but the views are definitely worth the effort!! if you’re tall, you do need to mind your head coming out of the wardrobe area….comment from my husband….. but as far as I was concerned it was a large spacious wardrobe area so I was very happy. We had an amazing time and took full advantage of the restaurant suggestions from the apartment guide, which were awesome. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Filippo's place. The location is perfect in the Santo Spirito/Oltrarno area. More authentic feel away from tourists but easy walk to everywhere. The accommodation was smart, comfortable and clean. Towels and soap etc provided, handy for us with hand luggage. Washing machine also super handy. Steep steps to the apartment, but wasn't an issue for us. The Alfred Concierge service was professional and responsive. They messaged us beforehand to arrange to meet earlier so we could drop our bags off whilst we waited for the room to be cleaned. I few places we would recommend: Around the corner: - Il Santo Vino (cute wine bar where you can get a spritz in a takeaway cup for 3 euro or a cup of wine for 1 euro) - Osteria Santo Spirito (amazing gnocchi) Hostaria de Fulvio (lovely steak and mussels) - Trattoria Giovanni (amazing steak, tiramisu, chocolate cake and wine) - Gustapizza (great pizzas!) Other side of bridge: Oggi (lovely wine/ quiet side street)

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful, charming, and centrally located apartment in Florence. It stands out as among the best city Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, fantastic location, and Giovanni was a very helpful and accommodating host.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very quiet and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Location was very nice close to everything away from the tourist madness. It felt extremely quiet and a bit of local flavor still. Would definitely return and stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. There are 6 flights of stairs to get to the place, which was not an issue for us but could be for mobility impaired, however, this was clearly stated in listing.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

We loved our time at Luciano’s place and can’t wait to go back. His beautiful space was spotless and well located and coffee and cocktails on the terrace were spectacular! He was so warm on arrival and responsive during our visit—we were so sad to leave!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
