Beautiful home near all the attractions! Close enough to walk, far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The jasmine plant made the courtyard smell so beautiful! Giulia was a fantastic hostess, friendly and helpful. A true pleasure!

Herzlichen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Die perfekte Erholung nach einem Ausflug in die Stadt Florenz!

Lorenzo en Cristina zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Het sfeervolle huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs voor de inwendige mens is heel goed gezorgd. De bus bij het ziekenhuis is heel gemakkelijk om snel naar en van het centrum te komen, kortom dit is een ideale plek om Firenze te verkennen. Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad!

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

This was the perfect Airbnb for Florence. Walkable from train station. Great location to the Duomo and the square. Loved the space of the studio apartment and if you’re needing to do wash on your trip you have that option. For a couple it’s a wonderful place to stay.

Really loved our stay here. The rooftop was amazing and it wasn't noisy at all, even with a concert going on a few blocks away. Amazing ambiance and views.

Nous avons passé deux nuit dans l'appartement de Lara : L'appartement est très bien situé et l'accès est facile avec les explications de Lara. nous n'avons été que très peu dedans car nous l'avions choisi pour facilement profiter de Florence la journée et en soirée. Mais il est conforme a la description, et même s'il est un peu sonore du fait de l'emplacement, le lit est très confortable et des bouchons d'oreille sont à disposition. Tout été très bien : propreté, linge de toilette, clim. Nous recommandons

Appartamento molto curato, pulito e ordinato. Zona strategica in quando fuori dal centro, molto tranquilla, MA dalla quale si può raggiungere il centro a piedi in 20 minuti massimo. Anche la stazione ferroviaria di FMN é a 15 minuti a piedi. Se non si vuole camminare nella pizza vicina all'appartamento c'è bus che porta in centro, quindi comodissimo! Donella é molto carina, gentile e offre consigli molto utili. In particolare ci ha suggerito un ottimo ristorante nel quartiere e dato indicazioni su come muoversi in città! Molto consigliato! L’appartement de Marco est un petit cocon très très très bien équipé avec beaucoup de petites attentions à notre arrivée. Un parking payant juste en face du logement. Quartier calme, bien fréquenté et à 15 mn à pied du pont Vecchio avec restaurants etc … Je le recommande vivement.

Lorenzo was great. We drove into Florence and he recommended the best time and was right there on the street to greet us. He was really friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent time staying at Raoul’s apartment. The location was perfect with easy access to the city centre and also the lovely parts close to the apartment south of the river. There was so much to do and see nearby, as well as amazing food right at your doorstep. If you’re a bit on the taller side like me (6ft1) then the bathroom and shower will feel snug but it did not detract from the experience. It was quiet at night and peaceful throughout the day with the only time of busyness being the end of the school day. I would happily stay here again and Raoul was an excellent host providing lots of information about the local area as well as responsive.

This was our second time in Firenze, and one of our favourite places to visit. Claudia’s apartment was an absolute pleasure to come home to after a day of sightseeing. In a wonderful location, handy for the city but away from the tourist hubbub, it has several very good restaurants and bars nearby. You don’t have to go far for an authentic Italian food experience, in fact we ventured 20 metres on our first night, enjoying an excellent meal in a fabulous atmosphere just a few doors away. We followed one of Claudia’s many local recommendations for one of the best pizzas we’ve ever eaten on our second night (Berbere Pizza) it’s a three minute walk away. We’ll be trying their sister restaurant in Rome on the next leg of our travels! Claudia’s home is beautifully and creatively presented. It’s clean, spacious and well equipped and Claudia expands the experience with some thoughtful touches that added a genuine warmth. We would recommend her place to anyone and would happily stay again.

Lorenzo’s place was clean and as described. You go up a staircase that has 22 steps to go to the apartment but once inside the rooms are spacious. The host even had some snacks and croissants for us to eat. The place is very close to Porta San Frediano which you cross to go to the city centre. Parking is available on the street in front. We walked to all the main sights like the Vecchio Palace, Ponte Vecchio and Galleria dell’Academia to name a few. There are good restaurants next to the apartment and we tried Braceria San Frediano and Rione Brewpub which were both very good. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed staying here during our time in Florence. It’s in a really good location, with restaurants and bars nearby. It is only a short walk into the centre of Florence, or there are plenty of bus stops close by. I Would recommend staying here.

This apartment was good for a short stay in Florence - it is very well located close to the Arno, and it's possible to walk everywhere in the city from here. The train station is close by also. There are many excellent restaurants less than 3 minutes walk away from the apartment. Gianluca gave us some great recommendations of places to try, which turned out to be the best places we ate at during our trip. The apartment is well-stocked, Wifi is good. It is expensive so maybe it is not the best value place to stay, but it's ok for a short stay.

A fabulous apartment with a super historic. I highly recommend this very modern clean and spacious apartment. I was genuinely sorry to leave and will certainly book with Dan again should I return to Florence in the future. Appartement très jolie, décoré avec goût et bien situé ! Lit très confortable! Salle de bain parfaite avec tout ce qu’il faut ! Si on se couche tôt le bruit des enfants dans le parc en face peu déranger! Les suggestions sont de restaurant sont aussi très appréciés! L’insonorisation du logement laisse à désirer mais normal car il s’agit d’un vieux bâtiment ! Merci pour tout Sylvia !

L"appartamento di Lucia è favoloso, ampio, arredato con gusto. È molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Posizione eccellente Lucia è un'host gentile, disponibile e attenta ai suoi ospiti.

Magnifique loft dans un ancien palais. Accueil parfait, et Sofia nous a gentiment permis de retarder le check out (Les hôtes suivants arrivaient plus tard). A noter une salle de bain et cuisine un peu exigus, mais comme l'appartement lui même est très grand, ce n'est pas vraiment un problème.

Amazing place! Sveva’s condo was exactly as described. Best location right across the bridge and next to the best Gelato. Condo’s AC worked great and kept us cool throughout our whole visit. Unfortunately, we had to cut out stay short due to strikes in Italy, and Sveva was extremely understanding. Would recommend this place to anybody looking for some classic Florence charm that’s a bit away from the hustle and bustle that you typically find in the city center. 10/10

Excellent place, wonderful hosts. Great location, away from the crowds, but close enough to everything. Lots of beautiful places to eat and shop in this neighborhood.

We had a great stay here, really well located and felt right at home. Spacious kitchen which had loads of cooking equipment and living space. Big bedroom with a very comfy bed, had a great night sleep. However, there’s no lift and the apartment is on the top floor. Window in the shower was mouldy around edges.

Cristina was a delightful host. Her apartment is stylish and a refuge from the mad and overcrowded streets of Florence. We wouldn’t have coped without the lovely apartment to come home to. The 47 steps to the apartment are the only challenge but it’s worth it when you open the door. Would recommend.

Nice apartment, clean, tidy and perfectly located just outside the busy tourist route but still walking distance from everywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants only a couple of minutes away. I highy recommend Stefano's place.
