Consisting of a living room with a kitchen and sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and an air conditioning system with two individually manageable units. È consentito l'accesso temporaneo di visitatori, previa autorizzazione da parte dell'host. La fermata del bus è a pochi metri e in 20 minuti si raggiunge la fermata della metropolitana, con cui si può raggiungere facilmente il centro e altre zone della città. E' a pochi km dalla tangenziale di Torino ed è un'ottima base per raggiungere le principali stazioni sciistiche.
