Habitación principal envuelto en cortinas corredizas blackout, al igual que el ambiente principal de planta baja. Cortinas de tela cuasi transparentes dando lujo de elegancia y amor. Cuenta con sofa-cama extraíble para un invitado adicional. Cochera incluida, parrilla exterior habilitada. Wifi, escritorio, y mesa ratona.

Ofrece comodidad, mucha luz natural y aire frío/calor en todos los ambientes, además de calefacción central. También tiene jardín con pileta, parrilla y quincho vidriado.

Mi taller está en planta baja con acceso totalmente separado. Ideal para 1 o 2 personas tranquilas que buscan descanso cerca del río y gastronomía, a 30 min de CABA y Tigre. No apta para eventos/producciones.
