The place was everything I expected and more. Very cozy and with everything to enjoy a short or long stay. Quick access and with a lot to enjoy around.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, highly recommended for families. We loved that it has a terrace with a garden and the kitchen is quite well equipped. It is a central and safe place, despite being close to busy streets the noise within the apartment is minimal. Elizabeth is very friendly and helpful, always answered our doubts on time, even helped us get items for baby at the last minute to make our stay more comfortable which we really appreciate:) We would love to make a return and recommend it 100%!

really like this location if you want a bit of a more relaxed environment with plenty to do close by and not far from the rest of lima.

Carla was always available and quickly addressed my concerns. The view from the unit is breathtaking. Some of the furniture is really worn and frail. The gentlemen at the reception were also very polite and helpful.

Really wonderful apartment in a great location in Miraflores. Great temperature – not too hot not too cold. There’s some traffic outside on a main street but if you close the window and turn the fan on, it’s okay. Small note that if you are a remote worker – the upload speed on the Internet is much too slow to be able to work effectively – around 1-2 megabyte per second. So if you need to do video calls, upload files to email, live stream or upload videos , it just takes way too long. But for regular recreational use it’s fine.

My stay was excellent. The accommodation was as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and well located. Communication with the host was quick and clear at all times, which made check-in and any questions I had easy. The area was quiet, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would stay again.

My experience when renting this apartment was the best. The layout of the rooms is very well thought out, offering a spacious and functional space. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances. The bathroom was clean, and the laundry was very practical. OVERALL I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR COMFORT AND GOOD DESIGN.

I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! 10/10 Excellent for short and long stages. Cozy, organized and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Recommended.

The apartment is very tidy, clean, a warm environment,it was like being at home..everything nice.. thank you very much Elvia for the attention. The area is very quiet, ideal for those who are going to concerts in Costa 21. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

It is a house located in the residential area of Barranco, the house is very spacious and has autonomous access, the host is super communicative and willing to help.

What a great stay! The place was much larger than I thought. There were lots of little patios and outdoor spaces to hang out. The kitchen was large. They were very accommodating and helpful to us throughout our stay. Thank you!

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.

Perfect and cozy environment, clean space, easy access, everything is very convenient and comfortable. The host thought of everything, had a special hairdryer for wavy hair, the kitchen had everything you need including coffee to pass and instant, all kinds of infusions. Good quality wifi, several easily accessible streaming platforms, and a good size TV. I will definitely be back ! loved EVERYTHING !
