El apartamento coincide con la descripción y fotos que se anuncian ; la comunicación con José fue muy buena desde el momento de la reserva. La zona en la que está ubicado es tranquila , al menos en el mes de junio, lo que hizo que la estancia fuese agradable.

Es war ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt, der den Namen Urlaub verdient, da alles so war, wie vorher beschrieben und das Einchecken war durch die klaren und guten Hinweise von Sergio problemlos. Auch unseren Sonderwunsch hat er uns erfüllt. Das einzige Manko waren die sehr schmalen Parkplätze. Aber dafür kann Sergio ja nichts und es gibt auch ausreichende Möglichkeiten außerhalb des zur Unterkunft gehörenden Parkplatzes in unmittelbarer Nähe und kostenlos zu parken. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend eine Unterkunft suchen, werden wir zuerst bei Sergio nachfragen.

Estuvimos unos días porque teníamos un congreso en el hotel de enfrente y no quedaban habitaciones, así que nos vino de lujo. Tanto Cristina como José Ángel han sido maravillosos y el piso es exactamente lo que dice ser. El sitio es pequeño, así que tres caben justitos, pero para ser un piso de playa no te lo vas a encontrar más cómodo y moderno que este. Te incluyen todo lo necesario para cocinar e incluso para sazonar la comida, o sea que puedes . Como pequeño fallo decir que el agua de la ducha se cuela por las juntas y moja el suelo, pero no es mucho. Está todo muy bien. Estamos muy contentos y repetiríamos si hiciera falta un alojamiento cerca.

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. We highly recommend Javier's apartment and would definitely return. Thank you Javier.

Es un lugar espectacular, la casa impecable y tiene todo lo necesario, es la segunda vez que vamos y volveríamos otra vez más, el anfitrión siempre amable y atento a lo que sea necesario y la casa súper bonita y coqueta

Alquilamos el apartamento de Mercedes por una semana y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, con preciosas vistas y todo muy limpio. Cada vez que necesitábamos un utensilio o aparato x, lo encontrábamos sin problema. Nos sorprendió gratamente que no entrasen mosquitos ni con las ventanas abiertas por la noche, aún así, disponíamos de enchufes y sprays antimosquitos, lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo, hubo un par de detalles que nos habría gustado saber de antemano: no se nos avisó de que la piscina estaría en obras toda la semana. Fue una pena, ya que era un servicio (incluido en el total) que en su día valorábamos mucho a la hora de escoger alojamiento y que, finalmente, no pudimos disfrutar. Además, el ventilador de techo no funcionaba correctamente con el mando: se podía encender la luz, pero no conseguimos que llegara a dar aire. A pesar de estos aspectos, es un muy buen apartamento para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y cómodas.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Ich habe 3 Monate in der sehr schönen Wohnung von Mateo verbracht. Es ist eine sehr moderne Wohnung mit hochwertiger Einrichtung. Alles war blitzsauber. Mateo war immer erreichbar und hat sehr schnell reagiert, wenn ich eine Frage oder Bitte hatte. Die Wohnung liegt nur 100 m vom Strand und der schönen Strandpromenade entfernt. Eine große Dachterrasse, die exklusiv zu dieser Wohnung gehört, ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft von Mateo empfehlen.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

El departamento es un sueño, tal cual las fotos. La cocina esta muy equipada para los que nos gusta cocinar. El parking es comodisimo, no es techado, pero entra un SUV sin problemas. La velocidad del Wifi oscila entre 200 y 400 Mbps, ideal para los que trabajan de manera remota. Los atardeceres, como bien lo dice en la descripciones: los mejores de España.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Todo perfecto … Sin incidentes

Märina war so eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie hat uns immer wieder geschrieben und gefragt ob sie etwas für uns machen kann. Wir haben sie darum gebeten uns 4 flaschen Cava zu besorgen und sie hat uns direkt 3 verschiedene sorten 6 flaschen gekauft und ganz unkompliziert über Airbnb eine anforderung geschickt. Sie kam persönlich vorbei um uns kennenzulernen und war genau so Sympatisch wie beim schreiben. Ebenfalls hat Märina und viele empfehlungen gesenden aber die Zeit in Alicante war leider zu kurz. Das Haus ist so so schön und sauber, sieht 1 zu 1 aus wie auf den Fotos. Auch im sich zu verabschieden kam sie extra vorbei und hat mir über WP nochmals geschrieben ob wir gut am Flughafen angekommen sind und das wird eine tolle Gruppe sind. Ich freue mich wiedermal in dieser Unterkunft mit Märina als Gastgeberin eine tolle Zeit zu verbringen.

Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

For en fantastisk leilighet! Den har perfekt beliggenhet på stranden, og med utsikt over strand og havet. Vi hadde lest noen anmeldelser som nevnte kirkeklokken. For oss ble det en naturlig det av lydbildet og sjenerte oss ikke. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for selvhushold om du ønsker det. Patrick og den lokale hushjelpen er hyggelige og de er lett å kommunisere med. Rett over gaten er et veldig flott bakeri, og på matbutikken må jeg nevne damen som jobber i ferskvaren. Hun hadde god kunnskap om ost med mer. Vi kommer tilbake og anbefaler Patrick og leiligheten på det varmeste😊

We had a really pleasant stay at the apartment in Los Urrutias with all of the amenities we could need. The apartment was easy to find with plenty of free nearby parking and friendly neighbours. Right on the waterfront and close to the nearby bars, restaurants and small shops for groceries, but with quiet evenings for a peaceful sleep. Dave and Bryan were lovely hosts; very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly.

Hemos estado muy a gusto! Las vistas son impresionantes. Carlos ha sido muy amable! Volveremos !

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Great view from the room, lovely clean apartment and the host is very approachable and responsive. I would definitely recommend.
