Holiday rentals with lake access in San Joaquin County

First time staying here! Fantastic service at the bar/restaurant (thank you Nikki). Greg was another great help, very flexible and easy-going. We will be back soon, especially given the location to our home. Thank you Ko-Ket and staff, much appreciated.

Our home flooded are we were in urgent need of a long term rental. Reza went above and beyond to get her home ready for us for several months. We were able to move in quickly and felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and we’ll keep. The home has everything you could want or need. We were extremely comfortable and enjoyed our time. The lake is calm and peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. We would highly recommend Reza’s home for a short or long term stay.

I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful rental home! The street it’s on is very private and safe which was a huge plus not knowing the area. The house itself is beautiful inside and out and came fully furnished with everything you could need. The beds and bedding were probably the comfiest I’ve stayed on! Everything was very clean and as described and Janice was a wonderful, responsive host. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great location with a beautiful view of water in the back. A very peaceful place to relax with a safe neighborhood for walks.

My stay was awesome super comfy bed room felt like I was at home didn’t want to get out of it lol bathroom was super clean. Sheets and pillows had me constantly taking naps.

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

Gustavo made me feel right at home! The washer and dryer work great, the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is wonderful. Easy to get in and out and you have so much less than 5 minutes away (target, Walmart, chipotle, Starbucks etc.) Highly recommend and would love to come back

My stay at this Airbnb was truly amazing! It was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for me and my two young children. From the moment we arrived, I felt completely at home. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed—and more! Monique, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive. She made sure all of my needs were met and communicated with me every step of the way. The entire experience felt smooth and stress-free. Despite having two little ones who can be a bit loud at times, we had no complaints, which really allowed me to relax and enjoy our stay. The amenities were top-tier: a beautifully stocked coffee bar (which I definitely enjoyed every morning!), fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and even a washer and dryer, which was such a blessing when traveling with kids. The location was also perfect—safe, quiet, and very convenient. What made it even better was how affordable and reasonably priced it was for everything that was offered.
