Secure building with 24/7 security. Felt very safe here. The building manager is very very friendly. Whenever there was an issue they were quick to help.

We had a great time at Alexandra’s place overall! The location is fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby (Tip: Saludpan is amazing), lots of natural daylight, a nice workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful. That said, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. There’s a club right next door, and during our stay in December, there were frequent parties—about every other day. While this isn’t something the host can control, the area does seem to be a lively party hub. If you’re into that, this location is perfect! However, if you’re sensitive to noise, it’s something to consider. Another note: the internet connection was not very reliable due to the Tigo provider. This might be worth checking if you need strong Wi-Fi for working from home (which was our case). Alexandra was incredibly responsive and supportive whenever we reached out, which we really appreciated.

Fantastic spot! Great views, well equipped kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and good location. Tasteful interior decoration and feels like home. Super quiet neighborhood close to la 70, cafes, and restaurants. We enjoyed parque del Rio, Las Veganas restaurant, and walking to el estadio for a soccer game. Conveniently close to a centro comercial and easy to grab a cab to a metro station.

I've had a tough time finding Airbnbs in Medellín with a genuine “homey” vibe - spaces that feel thoughtfully designed for longer stays, with purposeful touches and high-quality finishes. Sara’s loft absolutely delivers. I stayed for three months, and everything - from the well-stocked kitchen to the curated artwork - was spot-on. Plus, her family, who lives downstairs, was always there to help with countless small things (like bringing up my lunch delivery or sharing fresh fruit from their garden) and welcomed my partner and me into their home with open arms, despite my limited Spanish. It truly felt like staying in a real home, rather than just another investment property. The only thing to note is that the bed upstairs is simply a mattress on the floor, so if that's important to you, keep it in mind. Otherwise, this place is an absolute gem in the city, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!
