Condo holiday rentals in San Joaquin

They were very accomodating and kept sure I was in the loop. They accomodated my check in and my first step in the room, it smelled really really nice. The room was homy and for my size the room and bed was pretty big. I can't really find anything negative about it. Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi, and St. Luke's are close by, which it made it easy for me to get around or explore. Will visit again.

Highly recommend! Joseph was super nice, easy to talk to, and really responsive. He even let me check out late, which I was so grateful for! You can tell he truly cares about his guests having a great stay. I'd definitely book again!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and fit our family perfectly. The kitchen was very convenient, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver since it’s summer. The location is super convenient.. close to malls and restaurants. Oskie was a kind, responsive, and very understanding host, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a great value for the price. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

Really smooth check-in. Instructions were clear and you won't have a problem at the lobby. Joel provides 2 pairs of slippers which is very helpful just consider cleaning it before and after use for hygiene purposes. Cooking and dining tools are provided with rice cooker and an electric kettle. No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring/buy your own. Shampoo and soap provided in dispensers. There are lots of storage just explore them and put to good use.

Stayed in a lot of units around Manila, this was for sure one of the nicest. Communication was great with host, for sure recommend.

The three-bedroom layout provided generous space for my visiting family, with supremely comfortable beds and fully functional air-conditioning in every room. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with essentials, making meal preparation easy and convenient. Each balcony offered a refreshing breeze and was furnished with chairs and a table—ideal for quiet conversation or relaxation. The rooftop deck, with its sweeping 360° city view, was a definite highlight and added a touch of charm and serenity to their stay. The host demonstrated exemplary hospitality—warm, courteous, and impressively responsive. The entire experience was seamless, restful, and truly memorable. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time at Mailyn's place. Everything we saw and experienced was exactly how the place was described by Mailyn on the listing. We felt at home right away and we will definitely book her place again should we visit the Philippines again. Highly recommended!

It is a nice and cozy place to stay while in the Metro!

I had an amazing stay at the unit. It was comfortable and has everything needed for the entire stay. The kitchen if fully equipped and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. The bed is comfy and the place is so clean.

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

The location was perfect, the home was cozy, clean and beautifully decorated..The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Second time staying at Marichu's place. Marichu is one of my highly recommended host and property. Place is true to what you see in the pictures and how it is described.

I stayed at this Airbnb recently and honestly, it was such a gem. The space was beautifully designed, super clean, and had this warm, welcoming vibe that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made the stay feel even more welcoming and comfortable. It was in a great location too!! close enough to everything I needed, but still peaceful and quiet. If you’re planning a trip and want a place that’s both cozy and memorable, I highly recommend staying here. It made my whole trip so much better!

one of the best air bnb places we've stayed at. clean, smells good, and the host really took the extra mile to provide amenities for guests. the location is also nice, and not difficult to access. guards are nice too, hassle free when going in and out of the place. paid parking was such a welcome convenience for us.

The place is so clean and homey. We had no problems communicating with Ms.Erin. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is the parking fee. It costs a lot. Hope there would be a parking fee nearby with fixed rate.

Darin was very helpful and met me outside to help me check in. He even paid for my taxi cab since I didn’t have cash to pay the driver after struggling to take out cash at the ATM! If it’s your first time in Manila, remember to bring cash and change it for local currency at the airport first.

Worth every penny! The view of the city is unmatched! Everything you'll need is provided. Loved the entertainment selection: Netflix + Disney plus. A handful of restaurants in the area. Danilo was an excellent host! He was easy to communicate with, kind and responsive. A really nice place to unwind after a long week.

Joan and Mark have been the most amazing hosts. I stayed for 2 months and had no trouble. Mark welcomed me for check-in and showed me around. I was so relieved to find ample toiletteries to start my time here, infact some of them enough to last me 2 months. Most of the things including but not limited to pharmacies, convenient stores, supermarkets, copy making machines, fast food restaurants, vegetable vendors, fruit vendors, etc. are within a 5-10 min walking distance. A great gym called gym heads is 1.5 km away and a satellite office of bureau of immigration is about 2.5 km away. Such a convenient place to stay! The residential zone is well guarded with security and the maintenance is top notch, access to the pool is available at a price. The building is also very well maintained. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Amazing stay!
