Super well located apartment, allowing access to everything on foot, safe neighborhood, clean apartment. Everything perfect.

The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

Teobaldo and his wife are excellent hosts 10/10. Everything was spectacular, they have lots of games and entertainment in the place, also, the house has all the necessary amenities, it is an ideal place to rest from the city and be quiet. The accommodation was very comfortable and very cozy. They left us firewood for the stove for the cold nights. Thank you very much Teobaldo! Very well located house on the river with a great garden. From here we could plan our hikes and reach restaurants on foot. I'm sure we'll be back.

It was our first time in Pirque and the experience was very positive. We went with my partner and our dog, and from the moment we felt very comfortable and well received. The host, Ingrid, was very friendly and respectful of our privacy, which we value very much. The environment is quiet and the cabin space is spacious, ideal for unplugging and relaxing for a few days. The tinaja was at the perfect temperature which made the stay even more enjoyable at this time of fall. In addition, the rooms are well ventilated and heated, which ensures a comfortable temperature at all times. Everything was very clean and well kept, and you can see the dedication in the details. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back and recommend this place for those looking for rest, nature and comfort.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
