Pet-friendly holiday rentals in San Jose del Monte

We were a group of 11. With two of the nine beds being queens, it was the perfect size. The house is located in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and clubs in Makati City. Juan was very responsive to messages, and Jenna was very helpful at the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. CR is very clean & spotless. we will surely comeback. thank you so much mam. we really had a great stay here while waiting for my hubby.

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

A great place for staycation. The hotel/condominium itself was very clean and secure. The apartment was very clean when we came and it has everything that we need. The bedroom was great for staying in, or for having a movie marathon. The balcony view was also great. Will visit this place again in the future.

The place was nice tho I expected that the appliances are a little bit bigger. hehe. I just hope na mas maraming nakahandang garbage bag for a longer stay. Nevertheless, it was a good experience. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay! Sir Carlo and Ma’am Patricia provided excellent service—they were very responsive to all my questions and made sure all our requests were attended to. My family truly enjoyed our time, especially the kids who had a blast with the games and the pool. The free parking was also a big plus. Thank you for the warm hospitality! We loved the bright, open modern design of the place. There was plenty of room for several people to stay in comfort. Gated community and a walled in yard so very safe. It was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor patio area is large and great for parties and the pool is very nice, the kids loved it. There are 2 large malls within a few minutes so it is a good location. Would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great and affordable place. It is spacious and there are lots to do to enjoy and bond with family/barkada. We enjoyed our Mother's 70th birthday. No need to go to Laguna to enjoy some private outing. Maybe it would be better to have a warm pool water because it's cold during rainy season. It is an overall great experience.

Napaka ganda ng place, located at 38th floor. Napaka presko ng hangin, it feels like home talaga. Napaka responsive and friendly ni sir sherwin. Will book his place again for my next staycation. Thank you so much sir!

Ma'am Eunice and Sir Kit were very approachable. They reply fast and accommodate us. The location was near establishments, most especially Cubao Expo, which we really love going to. They provide basic needs like towels, which we did not expect. Complete kitchen, was able to cook. The place was so cozy and homey. Thank you for the great stay!

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.

We had fun staying there. What you see is what you get. The place was clean especially inside the cabin. The fully equipped kitchen was a great help to us. It has complete utensils and cooking equipment. The caretaker and the owner also responded fast to any of our inquiries. Will come back here again! Highly recommended!

We only stayed 1 night bec we attended a concert at the Ph Arena. Robeley was flexible with our early check in request bec we overestimated the time travel and we had nowhere to go to. The place was so clean, Mary the caretaker was already there to greet us and show us around. Overall, great value for money. We had a restful, relaxing sleep and stay. Thank you!
