Holiday rentals with a patio in San José Ixtapa

We had a wonderful stay. The area is safe and private. Beautiful views. Very steep walk but taxis are readily available. Comfortable clean and stylish place. Well stocked kitchen. We did lots of cooking and enjoyed outdoor meals. The plunge pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach or the walk up to the bungalow. It is also right down the street from one of our favorite restaurants. Great guidebook with lots of local tips. Overall a wonderful place and great host! Thanks Claire!

¡Hermoso todo! Fui con mi familia a pasar mi cumpleaños aquí, y sin duda volvería a hacerlo. El lugar está muy bonito, el jardín está cuidado, las albercas limpias y el personal es agradable. Si quieres ir a relajarte en un lugar tranquilo sin duda esta es tu mejor opción, no hay ruidos fuertes y aunque el reglamento puede parecer estricto, ayuda a que el lugar sea armonioso. También llevamos a una persona discapacitada y el complejo esta totalmente adecuado para ellos, muchos lugares ya no cuentan con estas áreas de facilitación para personas en sillas de ruedas y aquí no tuvimos ningún problema con eso. El departamento está increíble, los colchones muy cómodos, con todo equipado para que puedas hacerte comidas ahí si así lo deseas. La comunicación fue también excelente, siempre al pendiente de mis dudas y recomendaciones. Sin dudarlo regresaré cuando tenga la oportunidad.

The pictures accurately portray this beautiful home. The views were breathtaking, with stunning sunsets everyday. The Condo was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils to cook delicious meals. Any issues were handled promptly by the Owner Eric and resolved as quickly as possible. One of the the things we appreciated most was that there was enough breeze during the evenings that we didn’t have to have the air conditioning on as we enjoyed the end of day activities. Definitivamente un lugar hermoso y relajante. Cerca de la avenida principal y con una privacidad inigualable. La alberca deliciosa y los cuartos impecables. Únicamente no tiene parrilla ni nada para cocinar, pero sino es problema para tu alojamiento, todo lo demás vale la pena.

Simple accommodation in the center and close to the beach and restaurants. Celia was a great host. She’s ready to help and answer any questions you have. Great host!

Had a great stay here. Our flight came in very late, but her co-host Juliette was ready and waiting to let us in. She was very sweet, gave us plenty of information about the area, and offered a ride to center so we could grab food before the restaurants closed. House is located in a residential neighborhood with easy walk to beach, center, deportiva, and grocery. Overall they were very accommodating and if we needed something (extra pot, extra set of keys, etc.) they were happy to oblige. They also mentioned plans of adding a second bathroom to the upstairs based on previous reviews. Overall it was a good stay and we appreciated their hospitality!

Nos la pasamos muy agusto! La estancia fue muy tranquila, la zona es segura y silenciosa. Los restaurantes y los Oxxos están muy cerca, lo cual es muy práctico. Si traes carro, puedes moverte fácilmente a las playas cercanas. Valeria(coanfitriona) siempre estuvo al pendiente y contestaba de forma inmediata. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

La casa tal cual queue en las fotos, muy buena atención, en cuanto se nos presentó un problema con el gas en seguida llegaron a resolver, muy recomendado y el condominio muy tranquilo.

If you are planning a trip to Zihuatanejo and you should be, it is a true hidden gem, I highly recommend Leana’s place. It is ideally located, very comfortable and Lleana is just as helpful as you would want anyone to be. If you are on a budget you won’t find better.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was immaculately clean and in the perfect location. The hosts have truly thought of everything—from an iron and hair dryer to a welcome drink in the fridge and a helpful area guide. Every detail made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

El alojamiento es tal cual lo muestran, y para las personas que nos gusta viajar con nuestros perrhijos también es muy comodo al tener un muy buen espacio de Jardín. Enma siempre mostro mucha disposición de apoyar en lo que fuera posible y siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda recomiendo el alojamiento

Fue mucho más de lo esperábamos! Queríamos pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas, descansando, en un lugar con poca gente a pie de playa y fue tal cual eso. El condominio es muy bonito, y las instalaciones muy cuidadas. Gracias a Gonzalo, Jessi y todo el personal del lugar, las chavas, el chavo y el señor por siempre estar tan amables apoyando en todo. Gonzalo piensa en dejarnos en su depa cada cosa que pudiéramos utilizar, lo cual nos hizo la estancia muy cómoda. Hicimos una carne asada en la playa, aunque era temporada alta nunca nos sentimos engentados, éramos pocos, los huéspedes que van son personas amables y educadas, casi siempre nos tocaba la alberca sola. El mar estaba súper clarito, se podían ver peces y animalitos, la arena llena de conchitas. Y en la noche las estrellas impresionantes. Visitamos playas cercanas como la saladita, Troncones, playa majahua, y aunque todas tenían lo suyo, nuestro lugar favorito fue el quedarnos en Nerea. Sin duda volveríamos! Gracias!!

Beautiful apartment with responsive hosts. The balcony has folding doors that create a peaceful blend of indoors and outdoors. The pool is shaded by a large Ceiba tree and is a great place to cool off. Highly recommended.

Our group of 7 stayed here and were extremely impressed with the apartment. The stay felt extremely private but within walking distance of all night life and local beaches. Enna and her team were extremely professional and proactive. The space looks even more beautiful in person!

Buen lugar para pasar el fin de semana, excelente atención, calidad y precio

Super agusto el lugar, muy bien ubicado. Agradable como para ir en pareja. Tienes acceso a albercas y restaurante ahí dentro. Estacionamiento dentro de las instalaciones. Literal a 5 minutos caminando de la plaza para ir a cenar a Rubens o irte en la noche a Sr. Frogs.

We loved the setting and beach of this place. Very serene. Highlights included beach combing, discovering tide pools, watching the tides come in, the birds, walking around the points to the adjoining beaches. Very peaceful. The small bay right at our beach was great, rocky and sandy- enjoyed the privacy. There are several little places to eat within walking distance. We rented bikes to ride into Tronc- a quick / hot 15 min. We enjoyed hanging out under the palapas (2) and enjoyed the pool, which was pretty small (when it wasn't being used by the other families) We're a couple, so it was a little loud with kids sometimes from the neighbor unit. The deck overlooks the pool and beach, so that's part of the experience here. The bedrooms were on the small side, dark and cool good for sleeping. The bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was supplied with the things we needed including a coffee press and grinder. We had issues with the TV staying on when trying to play music.

Quel beau séjour nous avons passé! Dès l’arrivée notre hôte, Lynn , nous a accueilli en haut des 88 marches ! La casita est exactement telle que décrite et très confortable.. Nous avions fait exprès de louer ce logement pour nous forcer à faire de l’exercice.. en effet, que vous décidiez de monter sur la route supérieure ou de descendre vers la mer.. vous avez dans chaque sens environ 90 marches. La piscine est un véritable havre de paix ! Elle est face à la baie de Zihuatanejo et les levés de soleil sont spectaculaires.. l’eau est à 30 Degrés Celsius!! beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et le centre ville est facilement accessible en prenant le combi - petit bus local qui ne coûte que 13 pesos.. cerise sur le gâteau , notre hôte Lynn est absolument adorable.. et nous avons passé ensemble de très agréables moments. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hesitation

Estuvimos muy a gusto. Hubo estacionamiento disponible siempre, los autos están seguros. Las instalaciones bonitas, la alberca de buen tamaño, jacuzzi con agua calientita. Está a pie de playa. El departamento limpio, la cama y almohadas cómodas, la regadera se disfruta. Hay suficiente espacio para guardar y colgar la ropa y objetos personales. 2 televisiones (una en la recámara y otra en la sala) con megacable. Refrigerador y los utensilios necesarios para cocinar y poder comer en el departamento. Nos dejaron un garrafón de agua. Dormimos 2 personas en la cama y las otras 2 en los sofás. Se disfruta la terraza con sillas, mesa y 2 camastros con vista al mar, es relajante. Desayunamos en un restaurant muy rico por sugerencia de Andrew. El edificio muy tranquilo y la atención en la recepción muy amable. Esperamos regresar pronto.
