We loved staying here it was close to everything and lots do plus amazing views out the window

Brandie’s place was great for a family vacation. For us, it was a nice escape after busy days of exploring. We cooked while the kids played in the pool. Honestly, the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet since we wanted to escape the hustle of downtown Moab. It’s about 15 minutes south of downtown so close but not too close. All of the guests said they would come back to this house.

Host was great to work with and responded quickly. For 6 of us and 3 pets this was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Saved a ton of money being able to cook at the air bnb and not fight the restaurant crowds. Ended up being a great stay.

We had a great time at this home. Very spacious - accommodated multiple families. Scott was very responsive to many questions and a date change and was flexible with check in and out times. We were able to access riding trails from the home. Strongly recommend for anyone wanting to explore Moab.

We hosted our 3rd annual cousin’s camp at this beautiful home. So much for my grandkids (ages 1-11) to do: swim, hot tubs, ping pong, play pool. We brought board games and the large table was great for games and family meals. Arches, Canyonlands, and Ken’s Lake are great day trips. We had 16 people and never felt crowded. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms had ample towels. Swim towels were provided as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean and spacious. Open floor plan with plenty of room in the kitchen. The private pool and hot tub were definitely a bonus. This was the perfect spot for our family vacation to Moab.

I haven't left a review on an Airbnb in quite a while as we haven't been impressed with many as of late. This place is an exception. It is indeed special. The heated pool and the hot tub are great. The house has plenty of room. It is real industrial looking inside but it works and the beds are very comfortable. The host responded to all our questions as some of the gadgetry in the house does need some explanation. If you need a place to come home to everyday from doing stuff in Moab, this is the place. You might be wondering about this place the first time but you will love it once you get inside.

Great stay! We enjoyed the peaceful setting and atmosphere. It was a welcome break and a relaxing place to stay as we explored Capitol Reef and also drove over to both Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The house was clean and the host was responsive and helpful. We got in after dark, and he came and turned on lights for us, which was thoughtful. We’d stay here again for sure!

A great place to stay if you are in Southeast Utah. Perfect for going to explore Bears Ears or Needles at Canyonlands. Everything was as described and worked out very well for us.

Wow, what a great find! Sadly, we had to cut our travel plans a bit short, but Chavis & Dashelle's place was a perfect base camp for some very memorable adventures down in Mexican Hat for the week. Greatly appreciated the quick response time and roomy, well-appointed space for our group – will definitely be back!

Everything was as it was advertised, nice big lot for trailer parking. House part was just fine. Our stay was enjoyable

We loved Keri and Irwin’s place! The location is spectacular, the furnishings and amenities are well above your typical Airbnb, and the check-in/check-out processes were a breeze. We selfishly considered leaving a ho-hum review because when the word gets out about this place everyone will want to stay here and we will never be able to get a booking again! Seriously, this place is amazing. Take seriously the listing’s mention of the dog hair though. They are completely up front about it so we were prepared going in but we definitely noticed the hair—especially if you use the blankets on the couch. I really appreciated their being up front about it because I’m allergic to dogs so I just avoided the blankets and took an allergy pill to be on the safe side and I was completely fine. The house is cleaned very well so we didn’t notice the hair anyplace else but if you have a very serious allergy (mine is not) it is something to consider. We will definitely be back!!

Our group had a great stay in Moab and would definitely stay here again! We really enjoyed the back yard fire pit! Having private bathrooms for most of the rooms worked out amazing!

We stayed at this amazing property with three families, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was insanely functional, super comfortable, and spotless — everything was thoughtfully set up to accommodate a group like ours. Tons of space, great layout, and all the essentials (and then some) were provided. What really stood out, though, was the host. After we had already left Moab, she reached out to let us know we had left behind a suitcase — we hadn’t even realized it was missing! She and her family went completely out of their way to help get it back to us, saving us 5 hours round trip out of the 10 it was going to take originally! We were so grateful for her thoughtfulness and generosity. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Can’t recommend this home and host highly enough. Thank you again for everything!

We have stayed in several places in Moab, this is by far the best one yet. That house was amazing, had everything we needed plus more. The host provides multiple yard games and equipment for various things. The host was also super attentive and the communication was great. Whether we are back in October or not again till next spring, I will be looking for this house in the listings.

Amazing place in an amazing environment. So many hikes and so much to do. Will be staying here again. Great home base and fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Monticello at Rich’s family’s home. The home is very cute, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The peanut m and ms were a hit too 😊 Rich was a great host and responded immediately to any inquiries. Being able to walk to all the restaurants in the town was a plus too. If you are staying in Monticello and want a great home on a central location to stay in, we highly recommend Rich’s place.

We enjoyed our stay. Having a garage to keep bikes in was great. It was a great place for our family of 5 to stay. When we came in we noticed a smell- not a bad odor. My husband was sensitive to it and it was fumes possibly from furniture or flooring. When I reached out to Vaasa they were very responsive.

Great location and view. The place was as pictured and described. Clean and had all the amenities I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

It truly is a very nice place for a small group. It has everything you need. It’s beautifully decorated.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic. Plenty of parking for large trailers. The coffee maker is a keurig, we weren’t aware of that and brought different coffee.

We loved our stay at Honi N Dave’s! Perfect for our trip to Lake Powell! A great little get-a-way, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again, and again, and again!

We had a wonderful stay. House was perfect for our needs. The most amazing views of the stars at night. Would love to stay here again when we visit Moab in the future.
