Holiday rentals with a pool in San Juan County

Host was great to work with and responded quickly. For 6 of us and 3 pets this was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Saved a ton of money being able to cook at the air bnb and not fight the restaurant crowds. Ended up being a great stay.

Great space for large groups! It has everything you need! We had some issues with the fridge and cooling systems, but our hosts were great in making an immediate effort to fix everything. We were able to comfortably fit all 15 family members. We traveled with 4 off road vehicles on two trailers and there was plenty of space to park all of our toys! Recommend this space for large groups. Thanks Exclusive for hosting us!

I haven't left a review on an Airbnb in quite a while as we haven't been impressed with many as of late. This place is an exception. It is indeed special. The heated pool and the hot tub are great. The house has plenty of room. It is real industrial looking inside but it works and the beds are very comfortable. The host responded to all our questions as some of the gadgetry in the house does need some explanation. If you need a place to come home to everyday from doing stuff in Moab, this is the place. You might be wondering about this place the first time but you will love it once you get inside.

Conner’s place was a great stay for our 2 night trip to Moab! It was easy to find, check-in was easy and the space was clean & comfortable! The area was quiet and not too far from downtown. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Moab. Visited Arches Park and was glad to have a place with a hot tub and pool after long days of hiking. We also saw many stars from back patio area.

We had a great time at this home. Very spacious - accommodated multiple families. Scott was very responsive to many questions and a date change and was flexible with check in and out times. We were able to access riding trails from the home. Strongly recommend for anyone wanting to explore Moab.
