You’ll love Monarc La Playa because of our privacy. Situated right on the beach, the view of the Pacific is stunning. Black volcanic sand as fine as powdered sugar awaits you just steps from our pool. Each flawlessly clean room is equipped with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.

A villa full of life and color

We have a CO detector If the villa is booked for 2 people, they will use only one room and will have the entire house at their disposal, except for the second room. If the villa is booked for 3 or 4 people, the 2 bedrooms and the entire accommodation will be used. Accommodation located 12 minutes by car from La Audiencia beach, ideal for families with children since there are no waves and it is very quiet. The Villa is private, with surveillance.
