House located in the beautiful seaside village of San Juan de la Arena, capital at the corner. It is located 30' from Gijón and Oviedo and just 15' from Avilés. It also has good access to the airport, as it is just 10'away. We are on the right bank of the Nalon River mouth. The house is located in front of the marina and 5' from Playa de los Quebrantos for a nice walk. In the village there are sports facilities such as: multi-sport, foosball court and even a small skatepark. It also has supermarkets and even a flea market in the square every Friday. We also have a medical center and pharmacy. In the village we also have numerous restaurants where you can taste our varied cuisine. There is a coastal path that takes us to the beautiful medieval village of the Castle, from which we can see the course of the Nalon River from a good height. We stayed for two days in the apartment of María del Carmen who was very kind to wait for us on our arrival; the place complies with everything described on the airbnb page; it has a spectacular view of the sea and for those who are looking to rest, it is perfect. We will definitely be back.

Very nice bright apartment with a modern and well laid out kitchen. The living room is a little small and poorly positioned compared to the TV. The rooms are well proportioned, enough to sleep. The matrimonial room lacks some storage. The weak point for us is the bathroom which is too small, it looked bigger in the photos and sorely lacked storage (for the wipes of the hooks would be necessary, a shelf too) and for me it was missing a window it was suffocating and it smelled of humidity, we always left the door open

The stay was excellent. It made the trip unbelievable. Apart from the location of the house, it was very clean and make you feel right at home. It has spectacular views and is well located to be able to see the little villages next door or to visit the typical places of Asturias. It was an incredible trip and thanks to Yolanda for the treatment and accommodation, really amazing everything.

The place was perfect, just like in the photos and in the ad described. It is true that they were slow to respond since I checked in 2 days before and until the same day at 2 hours they didn't tell me anything, it took me a little to receive the directions to be able to access the accommodation. It also doesn't seem very fair to me to enter after 5pm and check out before 11am. Leaving that aside, the accommodation is worth it.
