Monthly Rentals in San Juan de la Costa

We had an unforgettable stay at the Lighthouse in El Cajete! Ian was a great host, responsive and friendly. He met us at the lighthouse and went over everything with us when we arrived. We had a late fight, and it was nice of him to meet us to go over the lighthouse with us. We woke up to amazing views of the Sea of Cortez and went to bed to breathtaking sunsets! My wife and I usually sleep in on vacations, however, at the lighthouse we couldn’t help waking up early to enjoy the sunrise and going for a walk on the beach. We enjoyed sitting by the pool at El Encanto, a close by restaurant. They have wonderful food and are super friendly. You can also order from them, and they will deliver which makes it nice for eating breakfast on the beach or dinner on the beach while you enjoy the sunset. We will defiantly be staying at the lighthouse the next time we come to La Paz!!

It's my fourth time staying here and it never disappoints. If you're looking for a quiet place, I recommend it. It's not so close, but not far from the esplanade. If you like to walk, it's ideal. The host is very friendly and attentive to any questions or needs.

This is a lovely, peaceful place. We absolutely loved it. The casita was cute and cozy and decorated to reflect her French heritage with Mexican architecture. She lives in the big house and the whole space is surrounded by gardens and many palm trees and fruit trees. At night, you can hear the ocean. I cannot say enough about what a lovely person Julietta is. She greeted us at the gate and walked us to the Casita. She has lead such an interesting life, we really enjoyed talking with her. She had great recommendations for restaurants and all of them we went to were spot on. We drove to several different beaches and they were all almost empty. (Just a warning though— bumpy dirt roads to all beaches and swimming is not recommended.) Beautiful weather—sunny and warm with little wind. We watched many whales. 100% recommend. 100% recommend.

I loved staying there! Super clean, better than in the photos, very safe place, and safe for those of us who have a rental car, I brought everything to cook and they really had everything I needed in terms of utensils!!! Very central, close to a supermarket, food businesses, etc. When I come to La Paz, I'll stay there again! Thank you !!!
