I can't imagine a better location. The Mediterranean is out the window and across the street. The town is right behind you, easy walk to restaurants and groceries. This place is over the top modern, like something out of a magazine, yet very comfortable and welcoming. Access to the building and apartment were through an app, but once you got used to that it was quite simple. Parking would be a challenge in season. Our stay was breif, but left us wishing it were longer.

The best is undoubtedly the location and if we add the height of the apartment (7th floor) it is transformed into exclusive. Although it may seem contradictory, it is appreciated that the design and construction of the building is already a few years old, since the quality of the finishes and the rationality of the spaces were taken into account and in this apartment it is checked and enjoyed perfectly. No doubt, as with everything, constant maintenance is needed and more in a location on the sea front, in the apartment we have seen that this is and breathed that will. About the attention, the great treatment, the absolute predisposition and the fulfillment of the commitments, to say, a bombazo! Summing up, if we have a chance, we'll do it again.

Lovely place, very flexible host, proactive host, this is not the last time we use them.

Perfect apartment, everything was in line with what was advertised, it seemed as if we were releasing it, very clean. The facility 2 swimming pools and 4 hot tubs and zons for the very good kids to play

We had a wonderful stay in Isabelle's apartment. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious enough for us as a family of 4 (2 x tweens) and well equipped with crockery/glasses/cutlery/pans/utensils. Everything was excellent condition with no signs of wear. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the restaurants and supermarket along the beach path which was beautiful. The grounds of the whole urbanisation are superb with amazing flowers. There was a choice of 2 pool locations within 2-3 minutes walk of the apartment with a few pools in each location. The pool that overlooks the sea is idyllic. For parents of small children there is a lovely little park outside of the apartment garden. It was never busy or noisy. If my children had been younger it would have been perfect for them to play in, especially right outside the back garden gate. We felt right at home in Mar De Pulpi and would love to stay at Isabelle's apartment again.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of this superb apartment. Very central to the centre of Garrucha. AJ went out of his way to let my bicycle in a secure place.

We’ve just got back from a fantastic week at the villa. It’s a lovely villa in a great location! The photos are accurate and up to date and Paula and David are so responsive and helpful. It’s walkable to the beach which is beautiful and a lovely area to explore. If you’re looking for privacy and peace and quiet this is the place for you! The pool is lovely and kept clean and the garden is really well cared for. It really does feel home from home with everything you can possibly think of there for you!!

Very nice house, local to the port and shops Stayed end on march so little cold for the pool. But the pool an area was clean.

Beautiful location and view! We enjoyed having breakfast and doing yoga on the terrace each morning. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay and Jose made sure check in was easy! Would recommend staying if you’re in the area

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

I give a 10 for the attention received and the kindness on arrival, stay and departure by the host. The house is super clean, it smelled great, just like the photos and the description. The quiet area to spend a few days at the beach and sports. We would not hesitate to return.

Apartment with everything you need to have a good weekend( or whatever you can). Clean, collected, and comfortable. With the beach a stone's throw to breathe fresh air. A quiet area without traffic. With a super in the same building for any necessary purchases, and coffee shop less than 200 meters away. Friendly host and very attentive. If we can, we'll definitely do it again. Such an amazing space!! The perfect relaxing week for our family. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. All the amenities to feel right at home. The large outdoor space which leads directly to the pool area is everything we needed. Will be visiting again in the near future!! Thank you Raúl!!

Apartamento perfect for families with small and older children. 4 bunk beds for our 3 children aged 16, 15 and 13 super comfortable and functional. Everything super clean and exquisite treatment from Tarah, who gave us the keys and explained everything to us. The phase had two pool areas, one of them closed in Easter, opens from May. A luxurious apartment if you are going with a pet like us. The terrace is a great size to enjoy breakfasts, meals and alfresco dinners. 100% recommended. We felt right at home and will repeat whenever we can.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

The duplex was lovely, the pool was fab, the apartment really a home from home, Villaricos beach and the local area was a fabulous as ever. We will be back

From booking to checkout, Christelle has been a superb host. Careful, and flexible on entry and exit, which is greatly appreciated. I note that the development pool is very large , with very few users (last week of August), and was open from 10.00 to 23.00, and does not close at half a day. And although you have to drive to the beach, it takes 5 minutes and without parking problems.

Hi Paloma, It is the first time we have tried renting through airbnb, and we were therefore excited about the experience. We were very surprised by the fine condition the apartment was in and the lovely location. Everything lived up to the description and the apartment was both cozy and tastefully furnished.
