We loved this apartment. It is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, etc. the location is very quiet and safe. The apartment had everything we needed and the AC was great to have. Thanks Magalli for being very responsive and helpful! We would definitely recommend.

So good I had to extend 2x same trip, so many little stores and restaurants around and Daniel send a manual with all locations to check out, super clutch.

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

is a very large apartment. It is equipped to accommodate up to 5 people. It has 2 bathrooms and one of them has a nice bathtub. It is a little old. But the finishes that have been placed to modernize it are very good. The area is a bit far from everything, but two or four blocks away there are two major public transport avenues

This is the second time staying in a Juan Daniel apartment, and it's certainly not the last. As a host it is a 10/10, always willing to help and attentive to your well being. The apartment is very small, but has everything you need. It's perfect for someone like me who works remotely, travels alone, and doesn't spend much time in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected to buses, the Metropolitano, combis and mototaxis. If you want to know life in Lima as it really is, and buy in the market, go on public transport and meet the people who live there, it is the ideal accommodation. I hope to return to the same apartment soon.

Great apartment just close to Park Kennedy and right in the centre of Miraflores. Good size, and all the amenities you need for a week or so. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Would recommend! Thanks Cecilia!

Beautiful and peaceful place!

Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Good floor plan but a small bathroom. Unfortunately, the apartment did not have Claro cable TV, so I did not have access to English speaking channels and news.

Everything perfect and nice place!

This is a place that was well with the coat ans close to everything on foot, or by taxi. It was only a few blocks from the beach and a very nice shopping district.

I would stay there again, very comfortable, very spacious and above all, the good atmosphere inside the rental facilities
